I work at a school that relies on gas deliveries due to our location.

Almost every month we have to chase a delivery. We have a telemetry system in place which should notify Calor that we are at 20% so they can schedule a delivery in time.

On the last occasion Calor did not turn up. After numerous phone calls and the pleasant customer service team members placating the issue.

After numerous hours spent on the phone being told on the phone and monitoring the online tracking system that I was constantly told a delivery was on the way.

Calor knew we needed a delivery for over 2 weeks yet didn't action it.

As a result our school ran empty on Gas and we could not cook a hot meal that day or heat our building. Totally avoidable.
We had to put emergency procedures in place for the following day to make sure we could provide a meal to our 130 children.
