Such an amazing school with wonderful experienced teachers that make sure your kids feel safe and do their best at teaching.
I would recommend this school to everyone looking for continuous support from educators to their kids throughout the academic year.

Our daughter Arina has been studying with Cambridge Online School, and we have been very happy with the experience. The teachers are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about their students’ progress.

What stands out most is the personal approach. As a smaller school, the staff know their students well and provide excellent communication with parents. The learning environment is structured, engaging, and supportive, helping students develop both academically and personally.

We have seen Arina grow in confidence and enjoy her studies, which is extremely important to us as parents. The curriculum is well organized, and the teachers are always willing to help when needed.

We are pleased that Arina will be continuing her studies with the school and would happily recommend Cambridge Online School to other families looking for a high-quality online education.

The school offers a flexible, balanced approach to learning that recognises individual needs while maintaining fair and consistent standards for all students. Our student joined the school in the second half of the academic year, while in Year 6. Although English is not his first language, he settled in comfortably thanks to the help and support of the teachers. The lessons are well structured and supported by interactive presentations. The teachers regularly check the pupils’ understanding of the material, which helps ensure that everyone keeps up. Recorded lessons also allow students to revisit the material independently and revise any points they find difficult. As the lessons take place online, the teachers make a real effort to compensate for the lack of face-to-face interaction by encouraging group work and creating a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

Cambridge Online has been both accommodating and effective for my child's education. Our teacher is Emma Mason, who has been very effective and professional. We have been taking the English, Maths, Science, and Geography subjects, and will expand with more next year.

Whenever we have a concern or issue with something, all we had to do was reach out via email and everything would be sorted promptly.

I have already recommended this school to others.

As a parent who was not happy with my daughter’s mainstream school experience anymore, I chose to pull both girls out but still I wanted them to have a great education and wow we found it!
We have been with Cambridge for a year now and so far I have nothing bad to say. I have a daughter who is year 9 and is about to choose her options. Firstly all her secondary school teachers have been absolutely fantastic, they are guiding and advising us and our daughter in helping choose her GCSE subjects, Her philosophy teacher Katie even went as far as to suggest she joins a few year 13 classes to give her an idea of the A level in preparation which is unbelievable (no mainstream school would do this) Sarah was so supportive of this also which gave us the confidence in the school that they are happy to excel their students in this way.
Our other daughter who is year 4 is absolutely thriving beyond words, she left mainstream school with no confidence whatsoever, her experience left her deflated and not interested in learning at all but now she is a totally different child, her teachers are absolutely wonderful! They are everything you want and need in a primary school teacher, the way they teach and speak to them is clear and empathetic, they are patient and respectful which is something she had never experienced in a teacher before. She has come on so well and is so much more confident, she is excited to learn now.
Everyone involved in this school is amazing and they all work so hard to keep your child happy and engaged.
The education this school provides is on another level, each class has no more than 10 students so teachers can track each student’s abilities and progression so much better.
Our girls have made some amazing friends through this school who are from different cultures and countries which is lovely and squashes any worries about social interaction.
If you are looking for a school for your child then this is the one.

This school has totally transformed my son! He loves his teachers and is completely engaged in his lessons. He also has access to an amazing range of GCSE subjects and I really appreciate the important and useful topics covered in his PSHE lessons. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL HIGHLY ENOUGH!

If you are reading this review as a parent considering enrolling your child, I can confidently say that the teachers and support staff are excellent. The educators consistently go above and beyond to support students, ensuring a positive online learning environment grounded in strong educational practices. The support staff are helpful and responsive, contributing to an overall well-run system.

If, however, you are reading this as a prospective teacher or staff member, I would advise proceeding with caution. Although the pay is good, there is no written contract provided, and communication regarding performance or improvement tends to be top-down. Even when communication exists, job security is uncertain. Teachers are classified as independent contractors, meaning services can be terminated without any severance or compensation, regardless of the extra time and effort invested.

The students and parents, however, are very supportive and a genuine pleasure to work with.

Excellent school, excellent team, very committed to assure a calm and safe environment for learning.

My son has been studying at this online school for three years now, and he absolutely loves it. The teachers have truly become like family to us! they are open, approachable, and always ready to help. What stands out most is the wonderful psychological atmosphere they create. The teachers foster such a healthy and supportive environment in the group, which is so important for children. The lessons themselves are engaging and highly interactive. Teachers always make sure every child is involved and receives attention, so no one ever feels left out. It’s also amazing to see the incredible progress the school has made over the years. They are constantly developing, finding new ways to improve their work, and that dedication really shows. I can’t express enough how grateful we are to the school and its teachers. Their dedication and love for what they do shine through every lesson, and my son’s happiness and progress are the best proof of that.

We have been enrolled with Cambridge Online school for a year now. They are a lovely caring provider with small class sizes. Last year very sadly my daughter's favourite teacher became unwell and wasn't able to return, the school dealt with this situation brilliantly and although my daughter finds change difficult they were incredibly supportive to her.

This year they are increasing their extra curricular activities and the range of primary subject choices is brilliant. My daughter is loving it and I can honestly see my daughter continuing home education with them through out her education to GCSEs and A'Levels

One of our children moved to Cambridge Online from a public school during the last term of Year 10.

Cambridge Online were extremely accommodating in enabling this transition and it was considerably smoother than I was anticipating.

All of the teachers have exhibited an awareness of the differing needs of their students and the classes and supporting material have all been well organised.

We also have ready access to the teachers and had very helpful parent/teacher meetings at the end of the term. The support staff/helpline is very quick and agile.

Our child has been very positive about the move, which is the most important measure for us!

Of course there is more parent involvement in an online education scenario (e.g. organising exam centres etc.). However, that would be the case with any distance learning solution.

We're very happy with the school. The entire team is very nice and helpful and it is fun to learn.

My child is in year 7, so far so good. We did year 5 and 6 with this school too. Lessons are excellent full of content, structured well and informative. Access to your child’s studies is easy and communication with school is always easy and responses are quick. The only thing I have a slight issue with is that books cannot be checked for work like at regular school. But all other aspects are excellent and after school activities are great to there really is lots of plus sides to this kind of education.

I have 2 daughters in the school and after many schools we finally found a great place to be, nice teachers, smart, capable, very helpful and who understand the personal needs of each student. We are very happy and this is a 3rd year in a raw that we engaging with this school. I can highly recommend it.

My daughter joined in the middle of the school year, and we have been amazed with her progress. The content is tailored to both teach the child as well as increase their curiosity in any given subject, which means she enjoys her lessons immensely. There is also timely and efficient support from the help desk which makes parental oversight 100 times easier. Last and most importantly, the teachers are great! They are knowledgeable, interact beautifully with the children and have inspired my daughter to love learning(which, in my opinion, may be the most important job of a teacher). We love the school and cant wait to enroll our younger children!

Excellent teaching with engaging live lessons. Brilliant communication. Our daughter was struggling with anxiety in mainstream school (year 9) and fitted in straight away with Cambridge online. Jessica for Science and Emily for Maths in particular are fantastic teachers. We would highly recommend to anybody looking at home schooling and online schools.
