Camera Jungle レビュー 

I Have used this site on a few accessions and also recommended them to many of my friends.
Unfortunately now I can't use them unless I am off work due to thier delivery system. ( you have to be in to give them a pin) No drop off or collection oppositions!!
This seems very unfair and not ideal for people who work full time..
In this modern way of doing things only having one delivery option seems daft.

Don’t want to give a 1 star rating but when you have a £4,000 camera of yours waiting to be returned to you and it has a failed delivery attempt TWICE, due to Camera Jungle not inputting your telephone number correctly - then a 1 star review is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen again to customers.
Not only has my expensive camera body been tossed around in DPD delivery vans for 5 days, but due to the Easter bank holiday I cannot get my camera back to me for two very important jobs. Just really disappointing all round due to an administrative error. There must be a way of checking and double checking.
Also what happens if my camera comes back to me damaged? I’m sure CJ will not take any responsibility.

Disappointing communication and order handling
I received no confirmation email, no invoice, and no dispatch notice for my order. I also never received a tracking number. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had to chase an order from Camera Jungle. Most of the time orders eventually arrive, but on some occasions I’ve had to follow up repeatedly just to get an order cancelled and refunded. The lack of consistent communication makes the buying experience frustrating.

A very smooth selling process for camera equipment I no longer needed. Easy to set up the list of equipment and to receive an online quotation.
Once I accepted the offer phoned in to arrange a free collection time and date. Equipment received and confirmation quotation sent, accepted and funds received 3 working days later.
Would certainly recommend.

Very helpful and a quick response with trading in my old equipment. So nice to actually speak to a human being. The whole process was efficient. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Using the online valuation facility I obtained an attractive offer for the lens I wished to sell. I posted the lens using the Royal Mail 48hr tracked service which was very cost effective. After just one week I received a revised offer for my lens, marked down from mint to excellent, which I was happy to accept. Very pleased with the service from Camera Jungle.

Firstly they give the best part exchange rates for your equipment in the country. I completed their online quote form which involved just clicking on options. A quote appears instantly. I sent my camera to them on the Monday, I received a verified quote by email on the Wednesday, gave them my bank account details and got paid 5 days later. What's not to like about this great service?

Sold a camera and aside from some courier mishaps (not the fault of Camera Jungle) the process was very good and efficient.

They offered me more than competitors and the entire process was quick and easy.

The lens I ordered was delivered within 2 days well packed and was exactly as described. First class service.

Helpful, efficient and fair prices.. they did exactly what they said without and issues and good friendly service.

Dealt with camera jungle for multiple trade ins and sales of my old kit.
Easy process, good communication, choice to drop off at a store or they arrange collection.
Inspection team seem to know their stuff and are fair, quotes always equal or better than others I've had and payment made quickly, can't complain.

I bought a Canon lens from you in 2021 for £898.

In the last 3 years I have barely used it, perhaps 3 or 4 times, it's only left my home once in this time.
Now when I tried to trade it back in I was told " excessive wear and tear as well as heavy amounts of dust visible within the lens elements and the rubber grip expanding".

This lens has been in a clean dry cupboard for 3 years unused, the 'excessive wear and tear' must have happened before I purchased it.

So, thanks to Camera Jungle I have paid nearly £900 for a lens which they are describing as worthless.

After getting many quotes for my nearly new lens Camera Jungle gave by far the best quote.
After reading horror stories about a certain company that they don't send back the exact item you sent in I contacted Camera Jungle, they assured me that at any time I can pull out of the sale and I would receive the item I send in.
Lens was picked up next day, it took three days to check it out and they gave me the price quoted after examination, five working days later the money was in my account, a very easy process.

Great customer service and have used Camera Jungle many times. They have a fast turnaround too if you are trading in. I would Highly recommend.

used this company before and they have been great with customer service. they use courier services which normally work great. unfortunately DPD let them down with a non pick-up. not camera jungle's fault. prefer to send with Royal Mail tracked and insured.
a little disappointed with the value as the lens was like new, used a couple of times but apparently some scuff marks and paint chips were the reason for a lower grade. overall they are ok to use.

Great company to deal with, when I wanted to sell my camera equipment, they gave me a good price, the whole process was straightforward , even arranging a courier to pick up the equipment
