We just keep on coming back
April 2025 we needed new washer dryer and walked into the Barrie CAS and met Rob Adams. From that point on we went back for a new stove and most recently a dishwasher. Each time we call in first to ensure Rob is there otherwise we would wait. We referred him to two other sisters and they also went to see him. Rob thanks for very much for your advice and sometimes gentle guidance to a different more suited to us brand. You make the difference.

The entire experience was great
The entire experience was great! From the salesperson at the store, to the discounts, to the delivery... Also, one of the doors of the fridge had a small dent in it and the delivery person reported it right away and we will get a new door installed by a service person in a few days. 'Accommodating, courteous, and great value' are the words I would use to describe our experience. Thank you.

Great Start- Poor Follow Through
The instore service was excellent and the delivery went very smoothly. The only issue was with the applince itself; it displayed a fault code as soon as it was hooked up. It then took Bosch five days to send a repair person. Since then the unit has had another problem and another service call will be necessary.

Good service
Patience shown by salesman, delivered promptly & in window stated previous day, door on fridge reversed properly. The only thing that could have been improved would be an updated ETA when the truck left the delivery before ours. Was sent text that ours was next delivery but not that they were almost two hours away.
