My salesperson was very helpful from the start. I had to make some changes along the way and Dee was patient and accommodating. He also was able to get some discounts for me. The delivery happened as promised and the two delivery guys were polite and thoughtful of the surroundings. They had to maneuver to get the refrigerators into the right room and were mindful while they were moving into tight spaces. All in all the experience of working with Canadian Appliance was positive and I will definitely call them again when my next appliance dies.

We were walk-in customers at the Barrie showroom. Jason was helpful in our final selection. The delivery was on time with good communication. The installation was well done and we are pleased. This Fridge is a nice complement to the dishwasher and stove we purchased previously through CAS.

Highly Recommended!
I was able to view inventory on line, including availability, and was able to speak to a representative (Harleen Mankoo) right away. Harleen was very helpful and arranged for my delivery the following Thursday. Delivery was uneventful, including the removal of the old range (free) and the packaging ($8.00). Highly recommend!

Sam Cichelly was one of the reasons we ended up buying here. He was thoroughly knowledgeable with products, answered all of our questions and concerns, and most of all not pushy or overbearing, which I cannot stand and have left stores because of it in the past.
