Mike Cole the sales rep was informative and did an effective job of expediting the two items I ordered. Delivery date and time was adhered to . Delivery guy was able to answer a number of question I had , removed the old appliances and had a very happy disposition

Imran was helpful and the delivery team was careful and on time, however, when we had a problem with the Whirlpool dryer we purchased, due to their return policy, we are left to deal with the manufacturer even though it is just a week since the dryer was delivered.

Fahad Islam was amazing from start to finish. Very patient, knowledgeable and attentive. The delivery company drivers were outstanding and professional. The actual delivery company was great but one thing that they can improve on is give the customers better options of times for the day customers selected for delivery. Finding out the night before the delivery time is not always feasible. Other than that....10+
