Great service in Dorval
The salesperson (John McCormick) was helpful and knowledgeable. He communicated promptly via email and on the phone. With regards to delivery, there was a possible delay for 1 appliance but in the end John was able to have all 3 appliances delivered on the same date, as initially promised. It was much appreciated.
The delivery team was professional and polite.
Thank you. I would return and do recommend this store.

Hi there,
My experience was honestly easy breezy!
They had exactly what I needed as featured on their website at a great price. Seeba our sales rep was spot on with info & details! Even loved the $8.00 fee to take away the garbage...After the flood the last thing I wanted was more garbage. Delivery was on time, install was flawless. Looking forward to my next purchase, definatly my 1st stop for any future appliances!!

I had an outstanding experience with Steven at Canadian Appliance Source in Dorval. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right washing machine rather than simply making a sale.
Not only did he beat Costco's price, but it also included delivery, installation, and an upgraded hose, making the entire experience easy and stress-free. He answered all of my questions honestly and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.

Excellent service from Steven Olivier, CAS offers best price and a discount when you pay with a master card! Delivery was very smooth, they even moved our old fridge in the garage, just make sure it fits and remove the handles if need be.

Very pleased
Even though I live in the Ottawa area and everything was done over the phone, Michael Armanious from the Dorval location was great in helping me pick a refrigerator that would meet both my needs and my budget.
He was very patient with me and took his time to make sure I would be happy with my purchase.
He set up the delivery time and said I would be notified the evening before with a 3 hour window for delivery for the next day, which I did receive notification of. Not only that, the delivery crew called during that time noted saying they would be at my place in 15 minutes. They were very pleasant and efficient at bringing in my new refrigerator and hauling out my old one.
I have received my new refrigerator and it is exactly what I needed. Very very pleased with the service I received from Canadian Appliance Source. I would highly recommend!!!!

Ordered 8 cubic f dryer on monday night only; delivered and installed tuesday morning at 10h00 am at 20% cheaper than stores than sold identical item. Wow. Strongly recommend. Will buy from them again.

Our sales rep Michael was fantastic!
Our sales rep Michael was fantastic! He helped us get the best price and took the time to listen to our needs and suggest the right fit. We had an issue where a client in store had caused some minor damage to our appliance on the day of delivery. Michael promptly notified us prior to delivery to discuss our options and we appreciated having been made aware of the issue and the customer service after delivery as well.
