Point of sale was excellent
Point of sale was excellent, informative and courteous.
Delivery was good, all contacts prior to delivery were on point. I knew when and where my appliances were coming.
At delivery, went well, the delivery were a little rough with the appliances, no damages to anything, which is good.
Install was good.

Great appliance shopping experience
We were greeted when we walked in, given the time we needed to look around and when ready Michael Armanious was available to assist us with the purchase of a new fridge. He went above and beyond to listen to our requirements and special needs regarding our son who uses a wheelchair. He went over all our options and gave us a good price on the one we selected. The store is clean, well organised and delivery was on time the next morning. Great overall experience !

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicola for a large appliance purchase, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
What stood out most was his product knowledge about how different brands actually perform. He asked detailed questions to make sure we were buying the appliance that made the most sense for our use case.
HIs honesty was really refreshing, giving us candid opinions on various brands and their quality reputation. Also, because we were purchasing a significant number of appliances, he worked diligently with us on the pricing and logistics, ensuring we felt valued as customers.
If you are looking for a sales representative who prioritizes integrity and tailored advice over a quick sale, I cannot recommend Nicola highly enough. He is a true professional!

Once Canadian Appliance Source sells…
Once Canadian Appliance Source sells the appliances, that is the end of their responsibility to me.
Luckily I purchased the extended warranty and the manufacturer then has to follow up.
I couldn’t purchase this on the Kobe range hood. My original order was for a GE, but they substituted Kobe.
4 years later, you cannot get service on Kobe, nor can you get parts, including lights and filters in Ontario.
I called Canadian Appliance Source about this. Yes they are still selling Kobe Products.
I asked them why- when you can’t get parts or service?
The Customer Service Rep said “because they are still selling them to us. How is that for a responsible answer?
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE

My husband and I recently purchased a ge profile induction stove on the recommendation of the two salesperson Faysaal Hammas and Steven Olivier.Delivered on Sept 2nd.First two days stove worked fine third day turn on convection .Fine yesterday turned on again to cook in oven turned off and started making funny noises but after oven cooled down noise stopped.Today put waffles in oven and had to take it out because of noises.20 minutes later noises on and oven still hot had to unplug in back of stove in order oven to cool down went to Canadian Appliances and both gentlemen there neither one of them apologized for my troubles and kept saying call manufacturer.So basically they said not responsible for selling a lemon.The place got their money so piss off.I,m in customer service and it was disgraceful. I recommend to everyone go somewhere else.
