Removal of appliance was not added when…
Removal of appliance was not added when ordered maybe online glitch. I called they rescheduled for the removal and no additional fee. This was very helpful as we were left with old appliance in the kitchen.

The delivery men were very polite
The delivery men were very polite. They had no understanding that the stove required levelin. They did not even have a level in their truck. Once I explained the lead driver did attempt to level the range.

Excellent staff and service
Traynor was very polite and helpful with our purchase.Very soft spoken and truthful.If and when we need another appliance we will definitely seek out Traynor again.The store was Chain Lake in Halifax.I have used CAS before in Ontario years back and that’s the reason we thought we would try it again.Traynor was very personable.The washer is working wonderfully.
