Great sales and delivery service!
We appreciate Sree’s professional approach and knowledge in presenting us the options we had in order to meet our needs, expectations and possibilities. Also, we liked the good communication system they have, in terms of all information we needed to know, precisely and timely conveyed, including a reasonable delivery time range. The delivery team did a great job, well coordinated in their tasks, careful with the delivered packages, respectful, professional, and nice. We are happy with our choice of Canadian Appliance Source for our purchase. The only thing we would have liked to have, along with the range safety and maintenance manual, is a manual with how to make good use of all features the range has (many of them quite new to us). I was surprised that the dishwasher was not unboxed and the stuff taken away, especially as we purchased a refrigerator and stove from you recently. The delivery guy showed me where it said they take packaging from " large appliances only". How is a dishwasher not a large appliance?
