From the initial meeting with Rahul/Oakville location, he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable, right to the delivery, the 2 gentlemen were careful in every way ensuring my fridge was perfectly set up! Will 100% be coming back here if I need any other appliances😃👍

Excellent customer service from sale to delivery and installation

Right from the start when we purchased the fridge , Sales associate very friendly and knowledgeable of the item . Delivery was earlier than expected , therefore delivery persons left fridge in garage as requested unopened . Once installed a will examine fridge if any damages and will advise at a later date once renovations complete.
So far no issues with store, personnel or delivery persons . All very friendly …

I bought 3 GECafe appliances from CAS. CAS delivered a GE fridge which did not work from the outset and we later discovered had a defective compressor. CAS insisted on 2 business days to even advise if they would address the situation (refusing to escalate matters as it was a fridge and we were heading into a weekend), and then declined to do anything at all to help. Assuming GE delivers a replacement fridge when promised, I will be almost two weeks without a working fridge. CAS post sale customer service is awful.

I ordered a fridge with water and ice, as my existing water connection uses copper. The salesperson recommended a third-party fitter to disconnect and connect the water connection between the old and new units. However, this fitter is from out of province, and their pricing is significantly different from what the salesperson quoted. Furthermore, they want to be paid first before any work is done. I’m not confident in the reliability of this arrangement, so I’ve had to arrange another contractor to perform the work.

Delivered when it was due, prompt and courteous.

The whole experience was exceptional… starting with Derek in sales who was informative as well as friendly and professional. … then our delivery guys Robert & Wiggy. They went above and beyond just delivery.
I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Prices are also very reasonable .

This latest purchase of appliances at CAS was the third in 5 years. Gladwyn assisted with the last 2 purchases and he was very helpful in guiding our choice of appliances that met our requirements, Delivery was easy to track, on time and their service was excellent as well. We are extremely pleased with our experience and the appliances.

Everything went well, our initial contact with the sales person and the delivery/installer guys were very professional and helpful.

We bought this fridge from CAS and had it delivered, the fridge has an exposed coil and overheating (Freezer does not work) It took a week to get elite appliance out to look at it, they have told us they will try to repair it however if the repair does not work then they will replace it. When asked how long this would take, they said 7-10 business days for the part to come in and then they will schedule a technician to come out to make the repair. If the repair does not work then they will give us a new fridge.
I understand these things happen, however we have been given the run around and this is going on 3 weeks now and just had the part ordered.
I would never recommend this fridge or company. 0 stars.
