Appliances were as advertised and price was okay. But delivery costs were biazarre. We live an hour out of the city and hired another carrier at less than 1/3 the price. It was not explained to us that while the deposit could be paid by credit card, we had to actually make a special trip to make the final payment before pickup allowed. No loading dock. No loading assistance. Very inconvenient place to do business.

Purchasing the fridge from Zee was great. He made the process of having to buy a new fridge easy. Additionally, I found that after the fridge had been delivered it was not level and the doors were not level as well. Canadian Appliance Source made sure that the repair people came out and fixed everything. A delight to work with.

The location has everything and the staff friendly and work together well like family

My husband and I had done our research and knew which washer/dryer model set we wanted. Went to a local store and were delighted with the service of the salesman and his advice on washers and dryers. After ordering, it was the service of the install couple that made the experience complete.

Tyler Tiffin was friendly courteous and he knew his stuff. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few appliances on line that met our needs. We settled on one and agreed on a fair price. The range was delivered four days after purchase by Kyles delivery. They were right on time as promised. The delivery team was top notch and impressed me with their professionalism.

Great service but saying something is in stock, but then saying it will take a week to come from the warehouse, is frustrating. Obviously, it isn’t in stock at the store, so don’t say it is. Also, your website is too cluttered and too busy with constant pop ups that obscure what you are looking at.

We were greeted immediately as we walked in by Tyler. He readily answered our questions and showed us our options. As we were in need of a range ASAP, he helped us find a suitable model meeting our criteria that would be delivered the following week.

We needed a fridge to replace our 8 year old Samsung, which had been no end of trouble. We settled on a GE as we wanted water and ice dispensed through the door, and it was recommended by our new family member, our appliance repair person. We needed a 33" fridge, which was not in stock, so had to order it. Nitin in the Saskatoon store was very helpful, and was able to get a price match, and although it did not arrive as quickly as we hoped, he kept in touch and was helpful in getting an appropriate delivery time. The delivery persons were slightly later than expected, but were very professional, and managed to get it in through our narrow doors. Very positive experience and we would buy through CAS again.

I had such a great experience with Treshna and the After Sales Department! I had made a mistake and ordered a microwave that was too tall for my space but didn’t find out until it was too late and after the return time. They created a workaround, allowed me to pay a restocking fee and exchange it for a properly fitting microwave. I am very very relieved and grateful. They will forever have my appliance business in the future!

Not sure why could only get this survey in French. My salesman was awesome. He did amazing job told me about my options and recommended my washer and dryer and I love it. Did they deliver guys are awesome we did everything great there a friendly and they were fast and efficient.
