Overall our experience buying a new upright freezer when ours died unexpectedly was all we could have hoped for. We had excellent sales support and the whole transaction was completed through phone and email. Since the closest store didn’t have the models we were interested in on the floor we relied on the videos and detailed information on the website. We ordered on a Saturday and received our new freezer on the following Tuesday. Delivery was smooth and our new freezer is just what we had hoped for. Thanks Canadian Appliance Source!

Maytag dryer order # T2430297...was defective upon arrival.
Por customer support response...typically 24 hrs responses to emails....no way to talk to a human...rigid policy responses. Refusal to grant return and replace until 1 week and several emails later, final recognition of mfr's money back guarantee.

The communication with the sales rep have been great. The ordering system is efficient and the product prices is very reasonable, including their discount offers.

During 2022 and into 2023 consumers are facing long lead times in trying to get kitchen appliances because of supply chain issues. I have experienced sales tactics at other retailers where I was asked to pay 25% down before learning how long it would be to get a fridge, stove or dishwasher. My sales rep at Canadian Appliance took the time before the sale to review estimated back-order wait times and checked all in stock items across Canada and got me the last one in Eastern Ontario. We had our new fridge in our home within 7 days. Thank you very much.

Delivery rec’d as requested. Drivers were very good. They were courteous and had great sense of humour.

Salesclerk at CAS was willing to help and answer any questions to the best of their knowledge about the product. However, they are only sales clerks so the customer must also be willing to use the internet and visit other stores to obtain information on which product most closely meets their needs.

Product was available on time. At the warehouse service was prompt and I was helped with loading the product in my car. great! The salesman who sold the product to me was courteous and assisted me with the best deal he could get and he also arranged for the product to be installed by a third party.

Our salesperson was someone who wasn’t pushy, but was there to answer all the questions we had. Couldn’t recommend Rachel more!

Excellent sales and delivery of my dishwasher.

Disliked: Delay in delivery. Reason given: bad weather what is funny because its the warmest winter I have seen.

Your price for the dishwasher was very competetive. The salesperson very polite and helpful, as were the deliverymen. My only disappointment was that i was told the delivery people would take the product out of the box, however it was stated on the delivery confirment paper that dishwashers are excluded. The sales person also said the cost of installation would be 159. However i have been billed 202.$ and that does not include disposal of old machine which would be another 40.$

Rachel greeted me immediately upon entering and was very helpful and knowledgeable about her products. She listened to my needs and pointed out possibilities pertaining to them. She gave me exceptional service and I felt valued as a customer.
Unfortunately, several issues occurred regarding delivery so I have to change my rating. Delivery date did not happen on scheduled day and my husband had my old dryer disconnected ready for take away. Then I never received any text messages or calls back from Rachel. I had to keep calling her. Instead the delivery company would contact the secondary number on file which was my elderly dad's number who has trouble hearing and remembering so I never got any messages.

We decided to replace all our major appliances (washer, dryer, stove and microwave). After visiting many retailers and getting quotes, we decided to try CAS online. We received amazing customer service from Mr. Krenish Patel. Started as an online chat and then after a couple of phone calls, we were all set. He helped us out with everything: choosing the right appliances, arranging for delivery and even special ordering a stove that was not in stock. Not to mention an incredible deal that was substantially better than other retailers.

Delivery was very easy to schedule online. It was all delivered on time and the movers were fast, polite and friendly.

Overall, 5 stars for Krenish and everyone at CAS!

Our fridge quit working on dec 30 , I called CAS that day and again on New Year’s Eve and Syed took the time to make my experience great , when I got the refrigerator home . Which is 2.5 -3 hours away . I noticed it had slight dent on the the very bottom of door . CAS came through for me and Treshna compensated me which I greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks again
