Bought a floor model
Bought a floor model, came bubble wrapped. The delivery guys was very pleasent to deal with. Was very happy with my purchace. Would shop there again. Removed my fridge for free, and as it was in good condition, they said it would be donated. Overall very happy with the all the people I dealt with.

Like your website very informative. Delivery company did a great job very professional. Store is very clean and nicely laid out. My only complaint is the salesman. We had done out research knew exactly what we wanted when we came him. Salesman was nice but very judgemental. We wanted an expensive higher end stove in electric but not induction. Salesman was very judgemental that we did not want an induction stove and kindof laugh when we said no. Made a couple comments when my wife pulled out her notebook and not everything was just written down on her phone. Easiest sale of his career didn't have any work cut out for him just filling out the paperwork. When I buy appliances again I would not go in store I would buy from your website or from someone else all together. Your prices are the same as everyone else for the most part but we were told good things about the store.... If your delivery time wasn't as good as it was we would have walked away from the sale.

First time we ever dealt with Canadian Appliance Source. They have become our only choice now. Great prices. No nickel and diming with delivery, hauling away or installation. Salesperson Amit was more than helpful. No pressure, just understanding what we need. The two friendly delivery gentlemen, who also did the hauling away and installation were fantastic. Very good sales experienc
Where do I start?
Dave Thomas was the best sales person we met. He was knowledgeable, patient and friendly.
The delivery was on point and courteous.
The installation was done efficiently and carefully.
The only problem we have is the dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes well. Not the fault of the salesman.

Poor customer service.
I purchased a dryer from Canadian Appliance Source on April 15, received it April 17 and the price dropped by $50. Neither customer service nor the salesperson would provide a refund of the difference. As a result, I will never purchase another product from CAS and do not recommend them. There are plenty of other businesses that pride themselves on their customer service.

Great price and service
We had the pleasure of dealing with Macayla Murphy at the Whitby Location. We purchased from her our fridge, induction range and dishwasher for our kitchen renovation. She is friendly, well versed in the products they carry and was able to give us a much better price than than other retailers we negotiated with. I recommend that you speak with her before making a final decision, we are happy we did.
