Great service; price and selection
Very helpful staff in the store in Windsor and likewise, very helpful delivery driver/helper. I wish I knew about CAS before as their prices are very competitive and their range is excellent. Would definitely return should the need arise.

Our Salesperson Vicky was very thorough and pleasant to work with. Everything was quick and kept us apprised every step of the way. The delivery men were quick and a pleasure to interact with. Dryer Electrolux failed and no service
They tell you their warranty service is excellent. Dryer failed in 14 months (Electrolux) in 5he winter and they scheduled a technician to come review the problem 30 days later just to evaluate. Too many warranty issues that are taking the time of techs. CAS did not care once they get your money.

Sold me an extended 3 year warranty
Sold me an extended 3 year warranty, the company has no quality, missed 5 days of work, over a month, waiting for them to show up 8 - 4pm. Called CAS, they assumed no responsibility for the useless service they sold. Buy from someone else.

Anamika was extremely helpful. Gave us service the minute we walked in the door. She understood it was a gift and did not try to upsell us. We got a call the next day, it was there waiting to be picked up. The gentleman in the back brought it out for us and put it in our truck. As for the appliance, it hasn't been installed yet. It was a gift.

Beware of your purchase
I bought four appliances from the district manager and he promised me they would be delivered today. I told him I was leaving for vacation today and he assured me I would get my appliances in the morning but to no avail that I get anything but a phone call saying that the truck doesn’t come to Windsor on Saturdays so no I’m out by $6000 and I can’t get hold of the district manager, so beware if you buy from this company !!
