Products arrived quickly and well packaged but it wasn't the item I ordered

I have been buying from this company for 3 years and they have proved to be one of the best companies I have ever purchased from. I've received broken items as well but they have never let me down. I understand that things get broken in shipping and when it has happened they replace or refund me right away. I needed samples for an event I was planning and they only charged me for shipping. Everyone I've spoken to there has always been incredibly friendly and for how much candles are at retail stores their prices are really good. If you want to save a little on shipping their candles are also on Amazon. They ship with UPS which can get pricey since it's by weight but considering the money you're already saving it's really no big deal. I had asked once where they were located. If you live in San Diego I recommend picking them up from their warehouse if you want to save money. I call them all the time to ask questions and if you're a smart online buying and aren't sure about something I suggest you do the same.

I received the delivery very fast. I ordered votives and bulk votive holders. One votive glass was broken in half (with the other half not in the package, I assume this is due to a lapse in quality control) however the other 209 were perfect. Expect to pay $35 for shipping.

Fast service quality products friendly support

I ordered 288 candles for 39.99 and in the picture it is 3 different sized votive candles, upon arrival of the product is all the same size. The smallest one. great value with false advertising. how do you know that you are getting what you ordered?
