Add more shipping methods
Forced to change my review due to a change in shipping methods. The site is still pretty good, but you guys picked UPS for nothing. Every e-liquid delivery turns into a torment as they like to chisel in the eye and make delivery problems on the spot. I used to love buying stuff from you guys, but this is the last time I'll ever do that

Disappointing Service and Unhelpful Support
I placed an order over a week ago, and it still hasn’t been shipped. When I contacted customer support, they offered to cancel the order but wouldn’t accept my request to pay extra for express one-day shipping. Their support team is useless and unaccommodating. Don’t waste your time and money with this company.

After having the Drag S1 I decided to order the Drag S2.
Now my s1 battery life lasted 7-9 hours. Got the s2 on the best day would last 4 hours.
Contacted customer support for a faulty battery and they pretty much told me to get lost. Then I called back and they said ok but I need original box and packaging “who keeps the box and packaging “ I had thrown them out. So now I’m stuck with a S2 and a shotty battery.

My order been canceled without notice because I asked my order to be shipped 2 blocks away where a member of my family is living. I now have 400$ stuck in process for 3 to 5 working days plus it voided the 5% coupon I had for the store. Than I had to deal with their awful customer service. They will do everything but give you support. I was pretty happy at the end because since they had canceled my order and refunded my money I am free to avoid doing business and having trouble with them. TLDR: They cancel order without notice, they are giving the worst customer service possible, they send defective item, they sell spoiled liquid and they would not refund you for any of that so avoid at any cost!!
Pretty good
It wasn’t a bad experience. I got all my stuff 3 days before the estimated date which was nice. The only thing I was a bit worried about was my ordered did t ship until Jan, 2nd. Even though I placed the order on Dec, 30th. I suspect maybe they were closed for New Years? Idk, but overall good products and they’re much cheaper from other stores I’ve seen, I’d consider using them again in the future.
worst customer service
I had an issue with my package, apparently it was delivered but was missing. I tried contacting Canvape by email and it took them awhile to reply, it was only until I called them until they said that they will contact Canada Post for an investigation. They told me that Canada post will email me regarding the investigation, so I waited.
A week has past, heard nothing from Canada post about the investigation, so I contacted Canada Post again, but no reply. I call them again and they said they will let Canada Post know and that I should receive an email soon and should wait abit longer.
It's almost been a month now and I've heard nothing from Canvape or Canada post. At this point, they were just bsing it and not going to help me resolve my issue. By far the worst customer experience I've encountered, they just keep lying. Its unfortunate because I bought alot from them and was a loyal customer. They did nothing to help.
Worst customer service ever
We keep getting defective disposable vapes and they are absolutely no help when it comes to resolving the issue. Barely told us the steps to take to open a warranty claim, and then was extremely rude to me saying I was giving them trouble over something that isn’t their fault, I understand they do not manufacture the products but we paid THEM for a defective product. We have easily spent over 10k at this establishment and I was hoping we would be treated better than that. Absolutely the worst customer service ever, I would recommend going elsewhere.
Rude and took forever
I put in an order and paid for expedited shipping. Per the tracking I was sent, it will be here next week which will mean 2 weeks since I ordered. I sent a message to their customer service and the response was rude and essentially told me it was Canada Post's fault. They then tried to tell me it is 2-6 days nationally, which is stupid because based on time, not counting the weekends, it will be 9 days... I won't be using them again for sure, for their poor customer service and faulty advertising.
Fantastic place!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with CanVape, I've been ordering from them for almost 2 years now. Their prices are usually at least a few dollars cheaper than their competitors and their shipping is always super quick. When I had an issue with an item being left out of my order, I emailed them and they shipped it the next day!
BUYER BEWARE this company does not…
BUYER BEWARE this company does not warranty bongs that arrive broken or damaged. They also don't warranty items they send that have "cosmetic damage", if it's still usable. I purchased a bong for a gift, a big piece of the decal was missing and they said they would not compensation me in any way. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
Trash customer service
Trash customer service. It has been a while but I couldn't forget their attitudes. I claimed for their mistakes and they said "any idea what this sucker is talking about?" and sent me by accident. They didn't even apologize
Whatch your transaction, otherwise they will overcharge you
What ever you but from this store, make sure to take receipt. They charged me over $ 58 for two packs worth of $ 36 . The owner as well as customer service are rude and refuse to cooperate. I call it a silent theft.
Great Experience
I've dealt with them a couple of times before and have been very satisfied with their products, their customer service and their delivery times.
This time was no different, other than having to do a few minor workarounds due to my now, "special" delivery location. I also had a minor payment issue that their Customer Service quickly resolved. My order, for 14 items, was immediately and completely fulfilled, and was at my door the next! day, a day ahead of their predicted timing.
Extremely satisfied with my interaction with them and will continue to give them first crack at fulfilling future needs.
Highly recommended!

Item broke within a month. Asked for assistance. Emailed me back saying to troubleshoot. I did and emailed them back, and ghosted. Very poor customer service. I recommend avoiding.
I have been shopping at this store …
I have been shopping at this store Canada juice for about eight years. I have had mostly good service until today. I bought an epen last week and when I got home charged it and tried to use it but it was not working properly. I took it back this morning and the woman tested it and said it tested ok. So basically she called me a liar. Its in the garbage now and I am out the money. They just lost a lot of business from me. This happened on Dec 21 2022 about 8 45 am. Don't bother saving your bill They won't honor it anyway. Very disappointed.
