Absolutely horrible
Absolutely horrible. I buy $200-$300 ever 2 months on pods. Just recieved the 20 packs i ordered last week. 10 OF WICH EXPIRED MARCH 2021. And the others sept 20 2021. He told me it was the date they are manufactured... yet i have them and september 20th is a week away so how is that possible. I OPENED SOME THE COLOR IS BLOOD ORANGE. the color should be clear with a tint of yellow. Contacted them and they said they will not help because its still 2021. I asked to exchanged the product or return for a refund and was given a flat NO. Then this agent got very rude with their replies. So now im stuck with $257 worth of vuse pods that i cant use. Absolutly appalling.
Be wary of a hidden "policy"
I have made probably close to 100 orders with this company and all have went well. I slowed down orders within the last year or so as other options began to be more attractive for me.
I made an order recently, and it has been sitting at the post office that it was dropped off at originally for 2 WHOLE WEEKS. When I was concerned about this, I was told I "agreed to a policy" which i cannot even find on their website. they say things are out of their hands once canada post accepts the package.
Normally this package arrives within 2-3 days of placing the order. They were very rude in their emails, and they also say I will have to wait 2-4 WEEKS for this package now all because their own carrier screwed up. I wasn't even offered free shipping, a discount, or anything for this issue. I now am still vaping on a burnt coil because I have to isolate due to COVID-19 health predispositions and cannot go out to a vape store.
Terrible customer service. Cant even call them in person
Also had a deliv sit at their own post office for two weeks and tried many times to get in touch to send them more money for them to resend it. Only took me directly inboxing them angrily to even get a reply three weeks after my purchase. Heck to them indeed. Negative five stars. Told me to shop elsewhere. After reading many other bad experiences with their shipping, i GLADLY Will.
Terrible! Beware!
I have been buying from them since the pandemic. Had one issue with the shipping which did not get resolved, but I brushed it off as just another pandemic issue we are all having. This time I received two vape juices that were spoiled, just terrible, they must have been sitting on the shelf for years or whatever but I asked for replacements and never heard back, not even a response. I had expected at least an offer of free shipping or an discount on replacements or some kind of good will offer, but not even a reply to my emails!! That is horrible customer service, well they lost my business, and I was buying a lot.

If I could give zero stars I would. Never fulfilled my order. Found out days later that it was because of a stupid policy where your billing address has to match your shipping address. They are extremely rude and incompetent. Buy at 180smoke instead (the only other place I've used/no affiliation)
Customor service, delivery, prices : Huge Great
I received my 2 first orders on time, with no issue, nice and on time, the third time one of my items was wrong, I ordered Destiny RTA and they sent me Dead Rabbit V2, I contacted them and they answered my emails so fast, sent me the correct RTA with a pre paid posting pack inside to send them back the Dead Rabbit V2, customer service is great, prices unbeatable, delivery so fast and overall a professional vaping company in Canada. I will continue shopping there for sure, Especially for their nice prices and also with this new vape mail ban rules in the States.
Proper Business
They accepted the E-transfer in the morning and I recieved a confirmation order, and order shipped email by 4:00pm the same Day.
Not sure what the bad reviews about I'd call that proper business.

I wish there was an option for negative stars... nearly 3 weeks to deliver my item, blamed Canada Post, completely washed their hands of any responsibility and then had the audacity to wrote this response to me:
“It was left on a holiday because even though we are in a bit of a pandemic there are still people slaving away and working overtime so people like you can complain about it.

A joke of a company
A joke of a company. Got wrong shipping, was late. Then they sent me the wrong item. Just a complete clown fiesta.
Not a happy customer, issue resolved
Placed a rather substantial order of nicotine free pods by accident. Tried emailing 3 separate times to figure out how to mail back and exchange but they ignored me and when I tried to call the number it said the mailbox was full and couldn’t even leave a message. Not a happy customer. Definitely won’t be ordering from this company again. I’m out over a hundred bucks.
EDIT: The company has now resolved the issue and has exceeded my expectations for the miscommunication. Thank you!!
Ordering a Vype Vuse I decided to order…
Ordering a Vype Vuse I decided to order an engraving on it. The system allowed me to order the Vuse in the wrong color, without warning me the engraving me the engraving did not come on this color. I contacted customer service to recieve a very rude and unhelpful reply. Basically it was my fault for not looking hard enough and they did not want to help me at all, or let me return the item UNUSED, because the package was opened. Never ordering from CanVape again.

Canvape rip off
Well I got my first order fine about $20 worth of product, then I made a bigger purchase and never received it. The support is very very rude not willing to help at all they tell me it my fault lol some business that is. Watch your self they will rip you
