I lost €500 very quickly, after contacting support, Jenny gave me a bonus and recommended a game that I won over €2000 on. I gave them all my details and doc and got my withdrawal in a couple hours.

I think the people complaining about documents need to understand that this is a legal requirement for the casino, not sure what they can do about it. I have the docs in a pack on my PC just for this.

After I had made the deposit they restricted my account but I didn’t realised this due to being sent an email about it. I deposited the funds and started playing.

Half way though a game I got a message saying you have reached your loss limit. Baring in mind I have only put £50 on, it’s not a huge sum.

This is by far the worst gambling site I have ever tried. I won $1000 a few weeks ago and still haven’t received my money. I talked to them about it and they basically told me to go “beep myself” kicked me off the site and refuse to pay me. They shouldn’t be able to get away with something like that but they did. Anyways I advise anyone who even thinks trying this site is a good idea that you stay away, go to playnow.com as it’s the best site I’ve ever tried! I have several friends on captain spins and now they are closing their accounts due to how I was treated.

Last Tuesday I won 900 euros. Today is Monday and I still don’t have my money. You can only chat with them and the all tell you different stories. Update to my last review. Unfortunately they have now decided to stop me having any bonuses. Apparently they only like taking your money & not winning. I deposited & before I even got to my bonus money I won £100 & decided to withdraw. I can't risk losing that much. They now have banned me. Awful awful awful. Could understand if I used bonus cash but didn't. This was my own money. Disgraceful

I signed up wanting to spend my hard earned cash , I registered my debit card and deposited...then at the last stage of deposit the site sends me an email saying they have frozen my account and that in order to play I must send documents ect Proof of Identity:
• Passport
• ID Card (both sides)
• Driver’s license (both sides)
Proof of Current Residential Address:
• The following documents are valid for proof of address: -
• Utility Bill (less than 3 months old)
• Credit/Debit Card Statement (less than 3 months old)
• Council Tax Statement (less than 12 months old)
I don't know if they took my money or not but to freeze my account after taking card details so I cannot find out is criminal in my eyes, they grab your details and possibly your money and then say you have to supply documents before you play.
Avoid this casino if you want hassle free gambling. No other site in the UK that I know off demands such documents in order to just play your own money, if you win then yes some smaller casinos will demand documents but only when you have won and tried to withdraw not to just play your own money.
