Don't buy name brand!
Always quick to deliver, and the price is exceptional for the quality and performance! I will never buy name brand cartridges again!

Like the product- very pleased so far.
Initially I had a problem with pop up warnings but they soon went away and I have definitely gotten more printing then I ever did with my HP cartridges. So far so good. Can't tell the difference in quality.

dry ink
A couple of cartridges were probably dry or empty. I had to switch them with different ones. I placed another order by mistake.

It sounds like maybe the reason the inkjets appeared to be empty is because the ink was not flowing into the print head to be used. A print head cleaning cycle helps to maintain a healthy print head by forcing some ink through it. I had to get a replacement ink, It came ok, but I should of not been put to the bother.

Ink lasts long,superior quality,easy to order,great price. Love it. Much better than running to office supply store and paying $25 plus for one cartridge. Very satisfied!

Just so happens that I was going to order another cartridge of ink today then I noticed your email. This is what great customer service is. When you already know what the customer needs and is expecting it makes it a WOW experience.

many problems with ink campatability
While I enjoy the spead with which our ink arrives. I have found that the printer does not find the ink cartridges compatable. The cartridges may still have ink, but after a few weeks, our printers are saying that they are out of ink.
