Thank you for my recent order for rubber car mats for my 22 Tucson Hybrid N Line S They have already been put in the car, they fit perfectly, look lovely and no horrible smell from the composite as some cheaper rubber produces. Pleasure to deal with you and have no issues with recommending your company to others.
Charles. (November 22) TO anyone wishing to use car accessories plus, if you have an N Line S Hybrid just order the HYBRID MATS guarantee you they will be the correct ones. Tunnel mat for the rear is worth getting the same time also.

Ordered some alloy wheels for my Kia through Car Accessories Plus. Delayed due to Kia, I must add.

Downsides, no notification that wheels were on back order after placing order. Only found out by phoning (previous email went unanswered).

However, spoke to Andy and Charlie a few times on the phone. Both friendly and very helpful. Always phoned back when they said they would, and Andy phoned to let me know that wheels had arrived from Kia and were on their way to me (did go to voicemail as I was working and unable to answer).

Will consider using Car Accessories Plus again in the future.

I ordered some mats for my genuine rubber mats for DS 7. I raised the order on Sunday. Spoke to Andy and he advised that item had not arrived. He apologised and was happy to offer refund. Then I had call on Thursday to say item had arrived. Then he was going to tranport via Parcel Force which I was not happy with. But he advised there was a greater cost, but I was concerned due to postal strike I had no idea when I would get the mats which I had paid for. Pleasantly surprised received email later on to say being shipped by DHL and would arrive the following day. They did arrive on Friday afternoon. Very pleased with Andy and other people could learn from him good customer service is not dead. Thank you Paul

Excellent service from this company. Prompt replies to my emails. Part arrived in two days as Jack said it would. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

I bought front Wind Deflectors for my Peugeot 3008. On trying to fit them the day they arrived, I successfully fitted the passenger side one. But, on starting to fit the drivers side one, it cracked and a piece broke off. I called the "company" and he pretended to be helpful. Ten minutes after the call ended he sent me an email saying the best he could do was to send me another set for £60 (I had paid £70 including delivery for the pair I had bought). So, basically, tough and I would need to buy them again.

Also, the website I went into to place my order was Car Accessories Plus...yet the website shows a Stoneacre logo and they (he) uses an email address from @tradepartsxpress.co.uk. When I was on the phone complaining I made the point I thought I was buying from Stoneacre to which he replied "Yes you are". Three companies...???

If I could give this company 6 stars I would.
They could not have been more helpful.
The product was exactly right, the delivery was exactly when stated.

Yes, OK, my Mazda wheels arrived in good time, direct from Mazda in Dartford, I think, included TPMS valves & centre caps, so hold fire on ordering extra.

They sent me a dog guard which is missing all of the fixings, so cannot be used. I contacted them immediately to inform them, they phoned me and said they would send on replacement fittings, which they haven't sent 4 weeks later. They've completely ignored all subsequent messages. I'm over £150 down and going to have to contact my bank for a chargeback, the first time I've ever had to do that. They are an absolute joke.

Bought genuine Ford Puma ST Line still guards cheaper than the main Ford dealer,happy with my purchase super fast delivery and excellent service and promt replies

Bought genuine Citroen C4's roof bars at 15% cheaper than the main dealer.
Plus super fast delivery, Will definately buy again from them.

Placed an order on 14th December, received no confirmation so emailed to ask when the order should arrive. Received a prompt reply saying that it should be delivered that week.
After Christmas, it still hadn't replied and I hadn't heard anything. After chasing, I finally received a reply on January 4th saying that the warehouse had been closed so my order hadn't even been dispatched - no apology!
When I asked if at least the delivery could be refunded as compensation for being nearly a month late, I didn't get any reply at all.
Good product, but very poor customer service.

I have received my car & boot mats today and they are great. Only 1 suggestion. It would be great to receive an email confirmation about status of the order and tracking No when it shipped.

Bought and received by orders.
Was initially skeptical but I got my orders and all was great.

Great service from Jack although one part of my order was delayed everything else as delivered as required and Jack kept me up to date with delivery times.Would highly recommend and i will deal with this company again.I do hope that Jack has recovered well from covid

Trying to buy roof bars, tried all the usual sites but all out of stock, however the level of communication and willingness to help from this company has been excellent.

I only write reviews when credit is due.
This is the 2nd time I have used this company & I wasn’t disappointed.
The last time I used them was around 6 years ago buying some official Hyundai products. I thought I would give them a go again as they were so good previously.
Their price & delivery costs are the best around.
Again I had next day delivery. I would highly recommend them.
Yes you don’t get all the email responses you would normally get but I the confirmation email from the payment provider & then the delivery updates from parcel force so I am more than happy.

Had available original dealer products that are impossible/out of stock to order at main dealers, and at a lesser price too. In my case official Ford rubber mats, both front and rear, for Ford Focus 2015-2018

Delivery pricing and times reasonable.

Will be first port of call for additional car accessories.

Fantastic car suppliers, prompt delivery, very pleased. They also are able to get original dealer products that are impossible to order at main dealers. 10/10 👍👍👍👍
