Sizes aren’t great, quality isn’t great either

I've been getting ny daughter 4 outfits from here since she was born and everyone always says shes the best dressed wee girl and she loves the outfits. My latest purchase cane with a letter for santa. Best touch. The clothes really last aswell

I received my order, but several key items were missing from the parcel. I contacted the shop straight away and was repeatedly asked for information I had already provided. Even after finding the order slip, there was still no progress toward a refund or resolution.

Communication has been slow and unhelpful throughout, and the situation has dragged on far too long without any accountability. It’s very disappointing to experience such slow customer service, and I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.

I ordered a jacket from caramella and returned the item. I paid with £20 gift card and I paid £40 on my debit card and I have only refunded £20 grift card and £15.50 to my debit card. Therefore I am still owed a refund of £24.50. I would not recommend to buy from this company as you will not receive a full refund

I can’t recommend this company enough i ordered a coat that royal mail had lost and from start to finish caramella’s team helped me all the way, they never once hesitated to reply and help get another one sent out which i received and i loved! More brands need to be like this i will definitely be ordering more in the future!

Caramella are honestly such a lovely brand. Their customer service is amazing — they’ve always been so helpful with any questions I’ve had, and even managed to get me my order last minute when it was actually on pre-order! They never make me feel like I’m being a nuisance (which so many brands do), and you can just tell they really care about their customers and what they’re building. They just come across as genuinely good people with great values, and that really makes them stand out. Just a really honest, down-to-earth brand that clearly cares about their customers.
