Still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks. Never answer phone or reply to multiple emails. Message left on answer phone. Chat bot never responds either. Quick enough to take my money. Do these guys really exist?

Eventually got back to me. Royal Mail lost original package. Sorted new delivery & partial refund as no stock left. Well done.

Tardy to dispatch, taking two days just to get to Royal Mail, despite selecting 48 hrs delivery. This resulted in goods not coming in time for trip. Waste of money and wont shop with subzero again.

The windproof jacket is good quality, does the job, delivery is within a few days. Like Sub-zero products as i have other items from them.

Bought 2 different colors with the same size, M. Somehow the black is smaller than the white. Am not sure why

I like the product. Easy to order. I thought it was a bit of a faff to return one item. You had to email for a return form and then print it off. Although, it was free to return. Other than that I was pretty happy.

I have lived in my vest since it arrived! So warm and comfortable.

Company communications have a friendly and helpful feel, very useful to know product origination (whether UK made or foreign manufactured). Clothing I have purchased so far has been very satisfactory.

I don’t normally get sucked into writing reviews but this brand is one I tell all my friends about.

I’ve recently bought my first of the newer Factor 2 base layers and it’s excellent. I was lured in by a Black Friday discount but if I had to buy another I wouldn’t hesitate to pay RRP.

I’ve used it five or six times so far. It’s warm as you might hope, but it wicks much better than I expected and dries really quickly. I have an older Factor 2 top (maybe 5 years old) and the new one is a completely different fit and performance is much better.

I’ve worn Sub Zero base layers for years and always thought the Factor 1 base layers were excellent, but I thought the newer Factor 2 would be too thick to work well for mountain biking, but it’s been great. Today I rode wearing it with a shell jacket in temperatures about 0 degrees and it was spot on.

In my experience, Sub Zero products last far better than any other base layers I’ve used, offer better temperature control when running or mountain biking, wash well without needing any special treatment and dry quickly.

I’ve used other brands that say they are ethical or sustainable, but my Sub Zero layers were made in the UK and so far have outlasted loads of the “pub wear” or dedicated cycling brand layers that have had to go in the bin.

Sub Zero Kit is excellent. I have some kit I still use that is over 20 years old. The Onesie and goose down jacket when worn under my goretex motorbike outer clothing is unbeatable in keeping me warm. Great communication as well during the current Royal Mail issues.

These are a Christmas present for my daughter but they look really good quality and value for money

This was the second product - a thermal one-piece undersuit - I'd bought from this company in the space of two weeks, and I knew from past experience that this would be a good one. Ordered direct from their website, it was quickly despatched and delivered. Their communication is very good - the first item I bought from them was specially produced after I had e-mailed them to ask if an existing product could be modified specially for my requirements. When they confirmed that they could do it and to a better specification, I immediately ordered five! No complaints at all!

The items are presents, they look great and I am sure they will be enjoyed, a very interesting variety of products for sale, I made couple of enquiries on phone and staff are excellent. Thankyou
