I ordered a dress from Caramella and it looked amazing so many compliments!
Will always be one of my favourite brands 🩷

Very poor. I paid £10.99 for special delivery next day by 1pm, this delivery time frame was not adhered to meaning I could not wear the outfit for an event I was attending the next day.

I was promised via email the delivery would be refunded and after multiple emails over the pay 2 weeks I still have had no reply.

I ordered a pair of cowboy boots from caramella, firstly the service was second to none, easy to order and quick delivery. The boots received are the nicest boots I’ve ever bought. The style was just gorgeous and they’re made of the softest suede, will definitely buy again thank you xx

I ordered 4 dresses from Caramella, and can I just say the quality is amazing. Delivery was super fast. Their returns procedure is easy and are processed super quick. As for their customer services, they are exceptional, they helped me with a delivery error, not caused by them. Run ladies don't walk. I would highly recommend this boutique. 💥💥💥💥💥

I was absolutely desperate for an item that I had my eye on for a while, however I always struggled to get hold of it. I messaged the team and they found me one which I was able to purchase it straight away and it was dispatched to me the same day. Customer service at Caramella is amazing! They respond quickly to emails and always sort issues quickly. I placed and order and returned as it didn’t fit but I accidentally forgot to send back the slip, most companies would just refuse my return but they contacted to me let me know so I could return the slip for the dress. Thank you! X

I had a mix up with my order and the girls sorted it out and helped me sort it and I received the clothes the day after and they were amazing quality and fit like a glove I will 100% be purchasing some more clothes soon

Amazing customer service, needed a pre order item ASAP as made a mistake ordering and not seeing it was pre order and they got it out to me as soon as it came in stock. Quick and polite with responses. Love their items aswell always purchase from here :) Thankyou again!

I wanted to order a dress on website as birthday gift for my daughter but wasn't sure of size to get so sent an email asking for advice. Response was really quick and informative so I was able to proceed with purchase. Quality of items are great will definately make more purchases
