Good service good deal I am very happy

Recently bought a Citroen DS3 and I am very happy with my decision. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and answered any questions I had. Couldn't recommend it enough.

I found the whole process very easy. i got to test the car of my choice and the finance was all explained n detail and i was under no pressure to buy.
I am a returning customer and will return again in the future.

1st time we visited, we were greeted by salesman who was very helpful and not at all pushy

I WOULD ADVISE NO ONE TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM CARCRAFT! I got lured into buying my dream car and have had problems with it ever since. Gave me a years warranty yet won't abide by it as they have sold me a car with no service history! Have had 3 major problems with it costing me up to £1000 and they're is still problems with it. They sold me my car which had a recall before I brought it and they still wouldn't pay up even though they sold me a faulty car!! I have also got a permanent water pump fault which has been reviewed by a citreon dealer and they are appalled that they will not honour the warranty! I will most definitely be taking matters further. Trading standards will do something about this!

Had the worst experience at carcraft in Rochdale due to them giving me another customers details with bank details etc... They blocked us in with the part exchange car so they could sort the issue. I still have the details of the customer and the video taken when we were blocked in carcraft refuse to do anything unless we send the video for proof why not just ask the people involved be care ful when taking paper work you may have another customers details

From my experience I had with Carcraft in Enfield I was very disappointed .I spend my whole afternoon with a sale assistant Zohaib.
We found a car we like it with a good price £7.888,we agree on payment . We waited till next day until our final finances checked. We got the phone call from Carcraft staff Rezwan Gazi saying that the car we choose price now is different over £11000 and also monthly payment increase . So how come the car price is change over one night ???
I feel cheated and I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYONE

Went in for an MOT failed me on corrosion in the wheel bearing I didn't believe this so took it to another garage within 24 hours they passed me in one hour and showed me there was nothing wrong with the wheel nuts!! Car craft tried to scam me with 300 quid! Called car craft the young boy on reception no customer skills at all and very cocky! Then changed his mind and said they failed me on a missing wheel bolt?! Fair enough but bolts don't cost 300 I picked one up for 5 pound!!! Quickly to try and get out of it! Not happy and you have lost me as a customer!

I went to carcraft last week to purchase a car, unfortunately I had to leave early before signing the finance agreement which was a shame, but since leaving I've had at least 2 phone calls a day trying to get me back down there, (slightly pushy) offering to drive me and my kids down to the showroom to finish the purchase. I explained I'd had time to reflect on the price and thought it was just to expensive for the year and mileage of the car. He said he'd give me 2 hours to search on the website to pick one cheaper and he'd ring me back. I agreed but still waiting now.

It is a shame as I really like the car I'd chosen in the showroom originally but a 09 plate with 64,000 miles on the clock at £6999 is a bit of a joke especially when you have the same car with half the miles at £5999. Just not the colour I like :(

Updated as of 13/4/15. I now have my new car and I am very happy at the monthly cost currently paying. took longer than I wanted but got there in the end. Would use again......

The service I received from Donna at Carcraft, Sheffield was excellent. She was extremely helpful and friendly and allowed me to browse the range of cars at my leisure, no hard sell. She was knowledgeable and the advice given was helpful in my making my final choice of vehicle. Even treated to coffee and a collate bar whilst I waited for the vehicle to be prepped. Not just forgotten once the purchase had been made I received an after sales call one month later. Will definitely use Carcraft again.

Having bought my dream car in August last year and arranging and excellent finace deal, I couldn't have been happier with the service I had recieved from Car Craft Newport. HOWEVER, when buying the car I was informed that the MOT and tax was due this may and was not provided with a MOT Vosa certificate. I had an accident which I went to claim on my insurance for, turns out the MOT expired two weeks after I had bought the car. My insurance is now invalid and I have a car sitting on my drive that I cannot use due to the fact I have no MOT, no insurance and not enough time or money to get it fixed without my insurance helping. I am utterly disgusted that I was lead to believe that I was buying a car with nearly a year left on its MOT. Having phoned car craft they informed me they would MOT my car, free of charge. Not helpful as it wouldn't pass due to the damage from the accident and it's illegal to drive anyway! Stay away from this company.

Excellent service, I would recommend and we will be going back to Carcraft for our next car, the service we received was second to none, right from the salesman Steve, his manager and the finance staff, there was no pressure selling, we were not pestered or bothered this made the whole experience a pleasurable one, nothing was too much trouble, we got a fair price for our old car and were happy with the price we paid for the new one. All in all if you are looking to purchase a second hand car, try Carcraft first, you will not be disappointed.

I had a brilliant experience from Carcraft. All the staff I saw when I went were fantastic and so polite. I had their full attention and test drives were good too. Very glad I used Carcraft to get my new car. Very satisfied with my whole Carcraft experience.
