Great Service with friendly non-pushy staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know.

I recently visited Carcraft Birtley and was really impressed by the service afforded to me, I am very happy with my lovely new car and would recommend this company to anyone. If you are thinking about buying a car visit Carcraft they are brilliant.

I heard a lot of bad things about car craft to begin with but from the second I stepped into the shop all the staff was so helpful especially since I was buying my first car. They was understanding and relaxed. Very happy with everything they have done for me and can't express how much I love my car

We visited car craft Chertsey today and we're very unimpressed. We were given a quote online and then received a phone call saying they would be very interested in our vehicle and that as it had modifications they would like us to bring it in to get an on site evaluation as they would offer us more. However we made the effort travelled 20 miles to go and show them and we were given a lower price then originally. The sales person we spoke to did not give a great impression as he was quite frankly useless and didn't have any knowledge of this vehicle, which is actually A very popular car. In fact it's the most popular UK sold vehicle. They completely wasted our time, fuel and effort. The other staff seemed pretty useless also as they kept asking questions as to what it was, we explained it has been modified by an in-house tuner and he told us that it devalues the vehicle. Anyone that knows anything about cars will know that is quite the opposite! Very, very unimpressed with the service we received. Absolutely appalling that there seems to be no communication between the people quoting and the sales people. Very unimpressed, what a waste of our time.

Car fine and so was purchase price and agreed monthly payments but when I got to the office I found theye tried to sell a horrifically priced warranty package which with the finance would have doubled the price of the car
The ratesetter loan company on top of this package were charging over 2000 as an arrangement fee for a 6599 pound loan
then of course interest on top

I was made very welcome and was offered refreshments. Everything was explained to me fully. My vehicle was valeted while the paperwork was dealt with. Overall I am very happy :)

was a very long day however I was given so much information and was told they have never been asked so many questions haha but so glad I went to car craft keep telling my partner to have a look there I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car Jones was my salesmen with help from quite a few others probably about four people helped all together I've never been about fan of driving but since having my new one I love it and am out in it all the time.

Great selection and great, friendly sales people but be careful - their cars are so over priced. Do your home work before you agree on a price, I unfortunately didn't as I had to get a car very quickly and now sitting with an over priced low value car.

Cars advertised on their website at cheap prices to entice you to visit the showroom, hassled into placing a holding deposit, then sort the fiance out and once hooked give you some excuse about why they cannot sell you that car anymore, told it was sold, at the wrong lot, engine management light had come on, all sorts of rubbish excuses. Then as they have your deposit and finance sorted try to bully you into choosing a different car which conveniently is a lot higher than your original budget!

Just AVOID!!! So glad we didn't end up purchasing a car from them in the end!!

The staff at the Enfield Branch (particularly Marvin), offered a professional, personal and friendly service. They were also happy to accommodate my use of their 7 day Exchange policy (my change of mind based not on any fault with the car, but simply my choice to return to a particular make of car!).

I am loving my new Alfa Romeo, which is living up to all the advertised features and my own expectations (albeit early days!). The warranty terms are generous in comparison to other companies and worth considering.

So far happy all round!

I hard a lot of things about Car Craft and I was not sure if I should visit the show room but I am happy I did the staff in the enfield branch was very welcomeing and helpful the guy that was looking after me was excellent thank you

Great experience of buying found a few faults I would've seen had it been daylight on handover.

I was apprehensive before going to carcraft expecting the big sale treatment but to my surprise I was greeted by a salesman and left alone to look at cars at my own leisure he even brought out coffee for us very good experience around would recommend

One to one No rush service friendly and informative staff will a pleasant , smiling happy to help attitude also very impressed with after sales service
