Since purchasing a car from Car Craft I have had nothing but problems! The sales and finance team are made up of liars, once they had my money they were not interested. 2 months after purchasing the car I still haven't received a second key (which I was promised). Last week, Car craft sent me a scanned copy of the 'service history'. When I asked for the original they claimed they didn't have it! Awful customer service to match an awful experience.

Would definitely not recommend.

i love the car, the drive happy cover is excellent, only thing is i would have liked some diesel in the tank when i got the car.

I had read all the bad press about getting a car on finance but sometimes it is your only option so I bit the bullet and found my perfect car. I went through the application and had a few phone conversations with Charlotte at Sheffield Carcraft and she was lovely, really friendly and really put my mind at ease. We went across and although it took a few hours to get all the paperwork sorted out it was worth every minute as I LOVE my new car and without Carcraft I wouldn't have been able to upgrade. Excellent costumer service couldn't of asked for any better. Very helpful and got what we needed. Sorted and out very quickly.

When I arrived at Carcraft in Rochdale I was taken care of from the moment I went into the store. I met a gentlemen named 'Dave' and he was attentive and didn't criticise my decisions of car, which at another Carcraft they did.I had lots of time to look around at my leisure, sit in any of the cars I wanted. I asked all the questions I wanted too and if dave didn't know he found out the answers I needed. I didn't feel pressured at all.
The whole process of test driving the car was great and very easy, and I got to make sure the car I was getting was right for me.

After I shook hands with Dave and had agreed to purchase the car, things became ever so slightly less helpful.

When you buy a car from Carcraft the dealer who you are with doesn't actually process any of the payments etc. that's done by another department 'the finance team'.
The Gentleman from the finance team was very nice and friendly but seemed to be quite heavy on his approach when talking to me about the extended warranty which is £1000 more!
When I mentioned I wasn't interested he asked another of the finance team who was walking by to tell me all the extended warranty again and how great it was.
I re-iterated that I wasn't interested in it because I had saved up the cash just for the car and insurance and I couldn't afford any extra.

After this was over we got to buying the car, after I said I wasn't interested in the extra warranty the Gentleman I was dealing with on the finance team was a little colder to me and seemed not to care as much anymore. The process of buying the car was quite long, but I suppose that's to be expected.

The last thing I will say is that right at the end of the whole process the car was waiting for me after being valeted, but when I turned the car on it had almost completely no petrol so I had to try and rush to the nearest petrol station to fill up before the car ran out of petrol. Also the car had no owners manual, which is small thing, but every car you buy should have one they only offered that I 'Look online for one'

In a nut shell the before-buying experience is flawless but as soon as you shake hands the experience falls down a little.

I went to Carcraft and told Raj what I needed and how much I had to spend. He was very helpful and suggested a few different cars. I never felt rushed or pressured and came away with a car that suited my needs and budget

Trafford Park department are very helpful, friendly. If I was scoring out of 100, I would give them top marks [ 100 ].

Brian was very helpful along with the other staff - good customer service. We bought the car on the same day as viewing.

Lots of staff around that were helpful but not pushy, taken for a test drive and bought straight away. Only thing was when sorting payment it took a while and seemed a bit unorganised but all done and came away same day with a new car.

Naz & Callum were very helpful and made the experience enjoyable

This is the third car I have bought from Carcraft and can't rate them highly enough. Excellent service, excellent cars, excellent people.

This is the third car we have bought from Carcraft and it was as good as usual. Even speeded up the financial end of things. Perhaps this could be speeded up even more.

I came to car craft after being declined finance from other dealers and then when i was at car craft they were very open and proffesional.
All in all they provide a great service and i would definitely recommend them.
