Easy to order, quick delivery, simple to set up & test. Good value & excellent service.

Base unit battery failed, ordered a replacement never arrived. Ordered again, then again. finally got it. Didn't realize it wasn't linked to the fall detector until testing. Call center unable to rectify. Called technical services who went simple process to sort. All staff are very pleasant and helpful however 2 weeks without the system working was incredibly difficult and concerning

From the first enquiry to testing the equipment during set up, the response I received during my telephone calls was excellent.
The advisors were pleasant & polite. They were knowledgeable & able to answer all questions without hesitation. I would highly recommend Carelink24 to anyone who requires this type of support.

Great experience all round. Agents responded to online query form within 6 hours and I spoke with them. They answered my questions professionally and I understood exactly what was offered. I found the staff that I dealt with very helpful and friendly. I had a small issue with 2 fire alarms being sent but I only wanted one. I phoned up and the gentleman I dealt with was very apologetic and said he would send me a freehold label to send the item back, this arrived the next day, over all very satisfied

Good response time when activating system

The control unit together with two drop detection wrist units were delivered promptly. Unfortunately we experienced random alerts triggered by neither detector. When reported to Carelink24 they suggested sending two replacement fall detectors which arrived the following day and have proven to be error free. We sent the suspected faulty units back free post. Everyone we have spoken to a Carelink24 have been so helpful and understanding. I have no qualms in recommending them.

I phoned Carelink for information on an alarm pendant and key safe for my Mum. I was so impressed by the service and the clear information that I ordered these items immediately. They arrived the following day and were easy to install.

Carelink 24 makes me feel safe and secure in my home, knowing that help is available any time I need it - all I have to do is press the button!

One instance when I did not want to Q for an answer to a query so I closed the call. A follow up by Carelink was unexpectedly quite a while later. DATE UNKNOWN. Otherwise good service and friendly helpful staff.

Got this for my daughter, 43, when she came home from hospital following a stroke. Very impressed with the quick response. Good to know that when she is alone she has a lifeline.

My mum had a stroke so we installed Carelink service. We couldn't be happier. They are prompt in answering and it's a great peace of mind to know they are there. Mum fell out if bed after trying to get back in and we were alerted immediately. We use this service for my father in law in wakes who has dementia. They have been amazing.

I had heard of Carelink, but it wasn’t until I had a bad fall in my garden and broke my hand that I had to admit I needed it. The whole process from enquiry to delivery was flawless, and I have to admit that it does give me confidence and peace of mind.

I have two boxes one for my mother-in-law and one for my mother. My mothers had a power supply battery fault after a week and a new unit sent We get reminders every month to check the boxes out The operators are quickly on the line We have not yet had to use either box in an emergency But helps always there if required
