www.CARNGO.com - Car Rental レビュー

I rented a car through this company. When I got to the desk, the rental company attempted to overcharge me for insurance with an exorbitant rate of $42 per day, which was more than half the cost the rental itself. I refused the car and informed CARNGO about the situation. The manager agreed that that was a rip off price, but claimed their is nothing they can do and threw the terms and conditions nonsense at me. The company refused to help me, even though they knew I was being ripped off. I lost $1500. I will never use a company that refuses to stand up to immoral behavior from their suppliers.

Honestly didn’t know much about Carngo before booking, but I was really impressed. Everything went off without a hitch.

I made a down payment for my car rental for airport in Vancouver,bc and could complete the rental at the airport. I requested a reimbursement of the $ 889,35 but it was refused.
Never ever make a prepayment!!!

Do not book with this site, they took cancellation fee even same day cancellation, for 20%. Unbelievable

These people are rude and scam artists. I needed to cancel a rental. My assistant went to car rental place because that was on confirmation. They agreed to refund but could not find my reservation. When they realized it was carngo, they told us exactly the script and what would happen. mohammed was eude to my assistant and they pocketed my rental money. Stay away!

NEVER RENT A CAR HERE. this scam is the length of the sky. DO NOT rent a car here. I waited for 5 hours just for them to cancel my car. They didnt even give a full refund. Never again 0 stars

Beware of Carngo/CarTrawler's bait-and-switch tactics:

Initial booking: 3000km mileage limit advertised
At pickup: Unexpected "deposit" required
Upon return: Mileage limit mysteriously changes to 0km
Result: Hundreds of euros in surprise charges

Customer service? Non-existent. They deflect responsibility to the rental company.
Bottom line: Avoid this site to protect your wallet and peace of mind.

First time using CarnGo, and it was a great experience. Easy booking, good rates, and a reliable car. I'll be using them again for sure!

The whole process with this company was seamless. The car was ready when I arrived, and drop-off was just as easy. Super happy with the service.

I rental a car through CarnGo, and it was quick and easy. No hidden fees, and the car was in great shape. Perfect for my weekend getaway!

This car rental company made my rental experience a breeze. The car was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was right. Definitely my go-to for future rentals.

Booked a car with CarnGo for my trip last week. Everything was super easy, and the car was exactly as described. No surprised, just great service. Will use them again!

If you get rejected by the rental car company (eg, if your international drivers license doesn’t meet their standards) then CarnGo will not refund you any of your purchase amount. Be aware of this. If you’re rejected by the rental car company for any reason then this third party will happily pocket the entire purchase price. This is a scam company. Beware.

Does your company even know about honesty. When you take a person money out of their account. The second day of reservation. When the pick up date is 3wks before their vacation. Then you never return their money. When they never picked up a car.. Also got a call said couldn't honor my master card so I won't be able to reserve a car. But already took my money. And it's been 2months and still haven't return my funds. Who does this kind of business???? Rep off scam.

Highly impressed with CarnGo's customer service and rental options. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute booking request, and I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive rates. The car I rented was in excellent condition, and the entire process was stress-free. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Had a smooth and hassle-free rental experience with CarnGo. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of rental options available. The pickup and drop-off process at the rental location was efficient, and the car was exactly what I needed for my trip. Will be using CarnGo again!

I was a bit hesitant to book with CarnGo at first, but I'm so glad I did! The process was straightforward, and the prices were unbeatable. The car I rented exceeded my expectations, and the staff at the rental location were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience with CarnGo! From booking online to picking up the car, everything was seamless. The customer service team was incredibly helpful, and the car was clean and in great condition. Will definitely be using CarnGo again for my future rentals!

I booked a car through carngo/cartrawler for an afterhours pickup when my plane landed. When I got there the office was closed and security turned me away. When I went back the next day the clerk at rentafacil told me that they don't book through third parties and there was no car reserved for me. Now cartrawler and rentafacil have me listed as a noshow and I can't get a refund. They stole $300 from me Feb 3 2024 CO844553460

I rented a car via CARNGO at AVIS in Windsor, Canada, for a business trip. I am now being sent back and forth between CARNGO and AVIS, because nobody can give me an invoice that I can hand in at my company. DO NOT USE CARNGO IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE! I paid CARNGO and expect an invoice from them, but they refer me to AVIS. AVIS claims that they recieved the money from CARNGO an therefore can not give me an invoice.
