Carolina Herrera Cedar Chic kostet aktuell 260 Euro für 100 ml auf der offiziellen Website. Noch im Dezember lag der Preis bei etwa 230 Euro. Rund 30 Euro mehr innerhalb weniger Monate, ohne neue Version, ohne erkennbare Veränderung, ohne spürbaren Mehrwert.
In einer Branche, die so gerne von Emotion, Handwerkskunst und Duftleidenschaft spricht, wirkt eine solche Entwicklung bemerkenswert kühl kalkuliert. Der Eindruck entsteht, dass nicht mehr die Kreation im Mittelpunkt steht, sondern die Frage, wie weit sich Preise nach oben verschieben lassen, bevor Begeisterung in Ernüchterung umschlägt.
Vielleicht ist genau das der neue Luxus: nicht mehr der Duft selbst, sondern die Bereitschaft, immer höhere Summen dafür zu akzeptieren. I purchased a 10ml rollerball of tge bew blush perfume. It arrived in a huge box but despite this the roller ball bottle was smashed. I contacted tge company who wanted photographic evidence . I sent this ... now a week later they are investigating !!! Meaning they think I am lying ???? Disgusted that a high end brand are treating customers like this and I can see from reviews that soneone else has had the sane experience will not purchase from them again . DO BETTER!!!

Great customer service in replying to emails so quick,When i say quick i mean like 10 to 15 minutes,At least in my communication anyhow.
Some companies take days to reply.
Very kind words wrote in reply about my feedback regarding recent purchase and complimenting on the service i received.

The packaging is more than what id expect from buying just one bottle of Fragrance,They go above snd beyond than what they need to.
The quality of the box it comes in id say is Premium not some cheap cardboard box.
All wrapped in a bow with a few little free gifts and a thank you card in an envelope,As well as a copy of your Order,Also in an Envelope.
Its all a very nice touch to make you feel special and appreciated as a customer.
If only all companies where like this.
I was so gratefull for what i received and in a way i received it i immediatly made another purchase.
