The service we have received from Mathilde at the Frome shop over the last few months has been exemplary. She has always been so helpful and knowledgeable. We visited the shop several times and each time we came away extremely happy with the service. She also answered our telephone enquiries politely and professionally. I am sorry for any staff who are affected by the current situation and close of this business. Give Mathilde a job, you won’t regret it!

The staff were very helpful in helping in working out costings for our rooms which was important for us in making the right choice's. We have used Carpetright on a number of occasions and have always had excellent service - why go elsewhere

We needed underlay for the whole house and Mathilde was really helpful. No sales pressure, just expert knowledge and able to give useful guidance. Cannot recommend highly enough. Mathilde worked out on the spot exactly how much we needed, vg maths skills. The price was very competitive and there was a good choice of products. We could stand on the underlay and compare them side by side. Everything was in stock so no waiting. Mathilde even helped me load up the car.

Shambles from start to finish.
Ordered a carpet and was called the day of fitting to say the fitters van had broken down so wouldn’t be attending until the weekend.
After several visits to the shop for a second carpet 2 weeks later, the ‘systems’ were down for around 3-4 days.
Having eventually ordered a second carpet, the fitter never arrived on the day specified and after calling several times to the store, I eventually got through having gone through a central hub, who put me through to the store, I was told they had turned up but couldn’t get an answer and that they could put me in for fitting the following day (Saturday).
Waiting here, only to get a call from the store saying that the fitter will not be coming today and that they could manage on Monday.
The excuse was that her colleague had gotten it wrong and that he wasn’t working today.
So how did the fitter know I was expecting him if he wasn’t working?
Absolutely third rate outfit.
Will never be back.

We had extremely good service from Mathilde at Carpetright in Frome Somerset. Mathilde was very helpful in helping us to choose the perfect carpet nothing was too much trouble, she was very polite and professional she must be an asset to your company.

Ordering and fitting was very quick and easy

Good choice in showroom, friendly staff and a great fitting service.

We came in to purchase carpet. Amy in Frome went above and beyond with helping us. She even managed to get someone to come and measure that day for us.

I got a really warm welcome from both members of staff. Always willing to help in any way they can & not once did I feel like I was asking too much. The girl that sold to me was so helpful and I’d definitely return in the future. Fantastic customer services.

Knowledgeable staff but the hidden costs were not fully explained and ended up costing more than the ‘savings’ I made
