They came out quickly to measure and gave us a good price I have used them before and had good service

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish from Matt at the Spalding store. He helped guide me through what I needed and I’m so happy with the result. He was extremely efficient and friendly! 100% recommend.

Matt and his colleagues are the best from spalding branch at selling you should keep those and rate them.

Was unable to give a paper receipt, so after arriving home and checking the computer for the on line receipt. We found the advertised 20% had not been taken off the purchase. Was also not made aware of the incidental costs ( Making it easy package and Fitting Administration ) what ever they might be.On returning the next day to query the invoice, the 20% was refunded along with an apology

I had a terrible experiance and left a review here i have now deleted it, as carpet right investigated my complaint and righted the wrong within a few hours .
That is good service and deserves recognition , well done carpet right .

Very friendly staff lovely atmosphere in the shop nothing was to much trouble very quick fitting as well very happy with everything.

Popped into carpet right spalding to look at sample carpets and the very helpful young lady gave us two large samples for free! Very helpful and lovely :)

Only saved from a one-star because we like the carpet.
We've always bought our carpets from Carpetright since moving to Spalding and have had very good service until this time.
What went wrong? -inexperienced, poorly-trained staff, poor IT processes, lack of communication. e.g. took 10 minutes to track down the notes from the measurement visit - these had to be printed out onto paper and then typed into a separate programme to start the quote process. We were asked three times for our address even though it was on the printed measurement document. We waited twenty minutes for an unsuccessful attempt at generating the quote because the two shop staff could not find the correct door strip on the system - twenty minutes for an eleven pound item in a seven hundred + pound order.
They had to phone the manager (on their day off) to confirm that the carpet could be fitted before Christmas despite the shop being festooned with "get it fitted before Xmas" material, inside and out. This took several attempts and was not managed until after we had left the store so we had to be phoned at home with confirmation of the price and fitting date.
I called a couple of days before the fitting date to find out whether it would be morning or afternoon as there was a lot of furniture etc. to move and was told we'd be called at 8am on the morning with details as they did not know the fitters' schedule. When the day did come we heard nothing and they eventually appeared at 6pm after us having taken a day off work and having to sit with the furniture cluttering up three other rooms waiting.
Anyway, the carpet's lovely, warm and soft. Perfectly fitted as well (for another 120 quid). But we'll be going elsewhere next time.

Very helpful and a got price for a quality carpet

Matt helped us find the right carpets for our bedroom and hallway.

Our second visit to Carpetright and on both occasions they, and Jimmy in Particular, have been great.
First time, it was our 3 bathroom had vinyl laid plus a large bedroom carpet. This time we've ordered lounge, hall, stairs and landing carpet. We await their arrival with anticipation!!

Got served by a young lad who couldn't work the computer properly nor did he know how to price up the underlay, it took 25 minutes to by a carpet remnant. Bill has hidden extras "Making it Easy Package" £39.00, equals a £20.00 per mile delivery charge when the carpet fitter who you are also paying for brings it with him.

Were made to feel welcome in the store, presented with very useful information when considering different options and supported us very well through the choosing and ordering process - looking forward to the fitting now. Thanks Carpetright Team Spalding

Absolutely terrible fast enough to take your money but when it comes to fitting they don't wanna know .crap service no communication, don't answer phone or email . Couldn't run a tap let alone a business AVOID!!! I can see why this place is shutting down with the staff they have running the place .... Major shake up needed

Second time dealing with Carpetright Spalding and yet again cannot fault. Its a real pleasure to deal with them, everything is straight forward, easy, very helpful and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend enough, thanks Carpetright

Zed was very helpful and friendly, gave good advice and showed us around the store. Hence , ordered some carpet because of him.

Staff were approachable and very friendly. They were knowledgeable, which made the transaction straightforward. Matt was particularly helpful (thank you!).

Walked in off the street and was greeted with a smile. Within 45 minutes I'd ordered what I wanted, booked a fitter and paid. Happy with my experience.
