Company refused to honour Consumer Protection Act law...Company has gone into administration

Having paid deposit on selected week or two ago, able to reselect and/or add to order
Assured company at time undergoing 10 day freeze following.
My select reserved stock
Will be sent from warehouse to store
Fitter will collect to fit at agreed direct payment when fitting.
That delivery could be convenient as in midst of my house renovate

Mo was really helpful and gave us advice along the way. Helped with underlay choice, gave us honest and useful tips. Helped with colour matching, the best types of carpets for stairs. All in all happy with the service.

The customer service advisor was friendly and helpful, took the time to answer all my questions, and was thorough in discussing options and next steps. We already knew the carpet we wanted, and the follow up process to measure up and set a fitting date was quick and efficient.

Muhammad was very welcoming. Needed to match existing carpet.
He removed sample and took them to the light areas for a better view.
Matched carpet and arranged for room to be measured the next day and carpet delivery so after.
