Bought the Heko set for my Volvo and watched a few fitting videos on you tube for instruction. I managed to fit them as shown in the video. Disappointing that no instructions come with the set especially which way around the clips are fitted. Having fitted them I bought extra clips on line (Amazon) and fitted two more to the front windows.

Ordered wind deflectors didn’t fit the vehicle, customer service non existent, would never used them again

Ordered wind deflectors from you and they came broken in the packet! Wrote an email asking for a replacement and have not heard anything back (this is over 3 weeks ago now) shocking service and will not be using again.

easy to use website, product arrived quick, no issues fitting, instructions a bit vauge basically suggest to fit when about 20, so buy in the summer.
Seller was keeping in touch to make sure I received delivery and was signed for. Only had 2 weeks fitted as waited for a warmer day. Looks decent No issues

The wind deflectors didn’t fit my car as described it would. The clips wouldn’t fit into the window as instructed. When closing one of the windows it caused damage to the deflector. When speaking to customer service which took days to answer they didn’t care. Now i have no wind deflectors and out of pocket won’t be buying form them again

The package was delivered in great condition and was given plenty of notice of when and where the delivery.

Very pleased with the wind deflectors for my VW Golf.
The front door ones were a bit tricky to fit into place and I was worried that they could break in the process, but now they are fitted and do the job perfectly.

Ordered wind deflectors for my vehicle, heko ones, placed order on their site ,delivery was delayed,as had to come from overseas, despite saying they had them in ,was surprised when I received an e mail from Mick's Car Parts apologizing for the delay in delivery,returned up a couple of days late, but fitted perfectly. Just odd that they were ordered off them and came from another supplier

Good for double checking the model not wrong purchased. Good packing to protect.

The service from the provider was excellent but after paying to have them fitted today there’s an issue!! Because they fit into the rubber of the window it slightly kinks and therefore the safety measures on the glass sense an obstruction & the glass retracts into the door. As explained the only way to stop this is to hold the deflector away from the vehicle to prevent the kink in the rubber. The garage has offered to removed foc if this causes me issues.

Appalling and no customer service. I placed my order and received my order confirmation without a tracking number, messaged asking for this and no response. Chased my delivery after a week still no response. After 10 days I requested a full refund asked them to reply and guess what no response, they are obviously getting these messages as I did get a refund 20 days after I’d placed my order but they didn’t refund the postage for something that hasn’t been sent oh and one last time no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The second time of ordering from this supplier. Always prompt with delivery and always keep you informed with delivery dates and times. Would recommend them for a 1st class service!
