Modern onboarding and clean integration tools. However, their partner banks updated policies for our specific gaming vertical so they couldn't host our category. Great gateway, just not for our niche.

Cashfree: Very poor customer service and its doubtful that they have customer service. Such a pathetic service even to open the account activation. Wasted my days and time.

Wanted to contact their sales. Filled up a page. OTP did not arrive. Had to click a few times. Then page said my attempts were over - come back after 1 hour. If this is how they treat prospets, I think I can sense the quality of how their actual service might be later on.. Don't intend to contact Cashfree again.

they are fruads , they stopped my account without any prior notice and now when i am asking them they are saying due to internal policy we did it dont use cash free at all

Even as a solopreneur, I found the onboarding very simple. The payment links feature is perfect for invoicing international clients without needing a full website integration. It’s very professional and fast.

This platform has been extremely disappointing. I reported a fraud-related issue and received no meaningful response from customer support. The lack of communication and accountability has raised serious concerns about the platform’s reliability and professionalism.

They are an absolute joke.. I am asking about setting up account and doing KYC from out of India, and they are talking about refunds...

It is a SCAM App. I registered but not able to delete my account details as they didn't approve my account.

No response even for months. Do not know about support ticket status. No portal to check support ticket status. Totally bad experience.

Never sign up with this company! Their support service is extremely poor. Instead of trying to give solution, they are requesting me to accept the fate and cope up with what they have. How come International payments cannot be processed when I am an international client? Why did you even sign me up in a first place? I will take my service for payment gateway somewhere, which can provide superior plans and has great service. This is horrible support from Cashfree.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Cashfree’s payment gateway services. Despite submitting all the required documents over a month ago, my account still hasn’t been activated. Throughout this period, I’ve received very little communication or meaningful support from their team, which has caused significant delays for my business.

In my personal experience, the onboarding process has been slow, frustrating, and far below what I expected from a payment gateway provider. I hope Cashfree improves their responsiveness and activation timelines, because based on what I’ve gone through, I cannot recommend them to others at this time.

Not Good Service they disabled account automatically

This is the worst company. I have tried to get payment gateway for my website. They wont respond to mails, calls. More than 3 months gone. So frustrated i signed up with razor pay. they on boarded me in flat 15 days.
Cash free- no coordination, no interest for executives to onboard clients, pathetic account managers. Such a worst company.

First, it took 12 days to signup due to their error. Second, its been further 12 days and account is not active yet. I was told that a soft activation is given. I integrated this in my website and went live. I noticed there is visitor flow but no payments. Shocked to see they have deactivated and showing account not active to my users.

They dont understand the business and keep asking for too many things. even today its not activated. I am annoyed and going out of Cashfree

Worst Company better Phonepee or Razorpay gives fast response and activate accounts in maximum 3 days here in cashfree I have submitted all the documents before 2 months no action is taken still pending also there will be no response and if you call Manager Ractim at 9731119150 Total waste he won't response to call,Whatsapp message or mail. Pls don't go for cashfree and waste your precious time.

The most clueless bunch you’ll ever meet — they work like programmed robots without a shred of common sense.

They proudly bluff: “We’re the first company authorized by RBI to accept international payments directly!”
Cool story.

Now imagine: someone from India says, “Hey, I want to accept international payments because my website sells only in Canada. I’ll launch in India later — margins are better abroad for now.”

First thing you’ll get?
An email from them crying: “Your website prices are not in INR!”

Like seriously, you absolute morons —
If I’m targeting Canada, why the hell would I price in Indian Rupees?
Think for once, you geniuses.

But no — they’ll stick to the script like true customer support robots:
“Please change your pricing to INR, sir. Please change your pricing to INR, sir.”
On repeat, like a broken record.

Absolutely zero understanding of ground reality.
Just a bunch of dumb parrots hired to follow flowcharts without brains.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Cashfree. As a tax/GST/business consultant, I was looking to take my services online and decided to go with Cashfree as a payment gateway. Big mistake!

They took 7 full days just to get back to me, and after wasting all that time, I received an email saying they do not support my business type due to their "internal policies" – with no clear explanation and no alternative offered. If this was the case, they could have told me on day 1 instead of making me wait for a week!

Their communication is slow, unhelpful, and their attitude towards small businesses is pathetic. It’s honestly one of the worst onboarding experiences I’ve had with any service provider.

Please don’t waste your time with Cashfree – especially if you’re a consultant or service provider. There are far better and more transparent platforms out there.
