They disabled my account without giving any reason and now they're holding my money.

Disappointed!!! Don't play i was up to about 13 pounds in my cashfree account hit another level right away went from pounds to dollars at this point which i did not understand why so went to 50 dollars. I went to try take this money and right away came up something not working. Went to do it again and then was asking me for to confirm my bank card and then asked me for photo evidence. Looks all a bit weird to me I did not send any of these information so still sitting here with money in account as can't do anything. Get away from this app it just trying to hack you and get your money. Really made me mad don't trust any money games there just robbing

Most arrogant customer care. They don't hesitate to hang up the phone when you are talking to them. Just shows their uncivilized, unculture behavior. They don't realize they are getting their salary from customers.

I had high expectations from Cashfree Payments based on their claims of offering global payment collection and multi-currency accounts. After submitting all the required documents and following up for the status, I was informed that Global Collections has been deprecated and they are not onboarding new merchants for this feature anymore.

This is extremely disappointing and feels like a case of false advertising. If the product is no longer available, why is it still being promoted on your website and marketing materials? This lack of transparency wastes valuable time and creates unnecessary frustration.

I strongly urge Cashfree Payments to update their messaging and be honest about the availability of their services. This experience has left me questioning the reliability of their other products.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Despite submitting all of my business documents (UID, PAN, GST, IEC, Udyam), the team was reluctant to process them and even questioned the legitimacy of my business, which was both frustrating and unprofessional.

The customer support is extremely poor, with little to no effort made to resolve issues. After reading several negative reviews and learning that the RBI had imposed restrictions on this company in the past, I lost all confidence in their service. As an Indian startup, I had expected better reliability and transparency. Unfortunately, they fell short in every aspect.

I have since decided to close my account and will be looking for international payment gateways that offer genuine, reliable, and professional services. I would not recommend this company to anyone serious about their business.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided. Despite numerous emails, there has been no response from the team. It seems client issues are not a priority for them, and customer satisfaction is clearly not their concern.

I strongly advise against using their services.

They wasted more than 2 months of time when I applied for a payment gateway. I kept asking them to tell me straight that these are the services we offer, these are my documents, and considering this if they'll provide me a gateway to run my business. For more than two months they kept ask9ng for documents and asking me to make changes on my website. I asked them to me first if they'll provide but they said to do the changes first. After painfully following up with them on emails, making all the stupid changes they asked, they just casually said that "Oh, we just noticed that you provide PPC services to your clients", so we cannot proceed. Pathetic people don't know that we offer to set up PPc campiagns for our clients on Google, which is all legit, but they believe in wasting people's time to assert dominance. May there company fail miserably.

Worst Payment Gateway Team. You will get same bot replies to your email. They just collecting your documents, not giving any payment gateway approval. My application is pending since last 6 months. I wrote more than 25 email, but same getting same replies- wait for 24 hours. WORST EXPERIENCE. Don't go for it.

Cashfree support and technical team is the worst. They will make changes in API without any prior notice. Website and apps will stop working and you will not get any time to fix issues. Always you will be bearing losses. Don't go with cashfree. Try payumoney.

The service is very poor. The onboarding process is very slow. The team is not professional. They do not know the actual solution. They do the response only for the ticket update so that the company understands the status. The company is good, all the products are very good but the team and employees are not well trained and skilled. They do not provide the actual requirements.

Scam! Scam!
On 30th of Sept I decided to opt for this gateway for my website for my online business. On the website checker the trustscore was 98
I made an account and was still trying to complete the remaining part of the registration.
I had a query about it and so thought of calling the customer care from their website. As soon as I tried calling I was suddenly logged out there seemed to be disconnection which was not normal. On the other end a man began to talk in a village hindi dialect and sounded uneducated. I told him about my doubt and he transfered the call to another person . This man asked me about my bank balance. I instantly cut the call as I knew that these aren't genuine people.
So although the website is well designed and has a user friendly interface it isn't trustworthy. Now the question arises if the trust score is worth trusting??

When you sign up they claim to have zero maintenance fee. But to your surprise one fine day you will see a charge of Rs.4999 + GST in your account in the name of Annual Maintenance Charges. Their account managers are incapable of resolving your issues. I would recommend using Razorpay over Cashfree to save yourself from such surprises.

They are Scam. if someone use this payment get places stop to pay 99% website use this payment getaway for scam peoples I lost 20000

Cheap service, rude behavior and no technical support. I've submitted my documents and still cashfree didn't provided me the dedicated service that they shout in public over internet. This is really pathetic. That idiot Vishwajeet Singh from the management team was the most dumbass authorized body I've ever seen. Even Razorpay and PayU has million times better service then Cashfree.

hi, ich wollte das erste Geld auszahlen lassen, aber nun steht Paypal steht nicht zur verfügung, erst wieder in einer Woche.

Ich arbeite jeden Tag mit Paypal, habe dort ein Konto, also Paypal funktioniert immer !

Was soll das, wenn die nicht auszahlen, mache ich gar nichts mehr. SCHADE iegentlich !

Worst Payment Gateway, Bordline Scam. My Cashree account has been active for around a year but we were using Razorpay and we decided to added Cashfree as test for 10 days and we recieved 2 orders on Cashfree within first 3 days and now they are telling me to share the documents which i already submitted at time of activation and now i keep asking list of accepted documents to submit and instead of answering that they are telling i should wait for 48 hours to get a call from my account manager....SCAM be careful
