I was put in touch with James Dhillon and i can honestly say he conducted himself in a highly professional and articulate manner throughout the call. The discussion did not feel rushed, and he took the time to ensure that I fully understood the products being presented. He answered all of my questions comprehensively and without hesitation. I particularly appreciated that there was no pressure to select any specific product. Overall, his approach was courteous, informative, and client-focused.
