A memorable event
A memorable event! Like many others we had conducted an annual discussion with our then health protection suppliers, resulting in the granting of one month's free cover and thinking that we had made a good deal.
A chance discussion led to our contact with Usay and a consequent large saving in contributions.
The company's representative was impressive. No doubt there is a well-rehearsed approach but it was free from pressure while being informative and understandable.
The lesson is plain: make use of such organisations, if only to wring further concessions from your current supplier . You will be surprised at the results.

Allan, took the time and patience to explain everything to me. He was very engaging and made me feel relaxed, and he answered all of my questions, which helped me to decide to go forward with the policy we were discussing.
