Do not touch this company
 I waited 6wks for my order to finally arrive. I sent numerous emails telling them not to bother sending as I will be sending the goods straight back. Guess what goods arrive... もっず芋る

Caviar Classic is a small London based caviar & Fine food company, owned and run by Darren Pedersen. We pride ourselves on offering an amazing product straight from the producer. We believe that a satisfied customer is our biggest asset. WE want to go back to the time when customer service actually meant that the person on the other end of the phone actually can be bothered. And all our team love what they do. That we have some of the most amazing customers makes it that much easier. Therefore all our products are of the highest standard. We endeavour to ship your order to you as soon as you have ordered it, normally within 24 hours.

I ordered caviar on 10th December

I ordered caviar on 10th December, was assured a 1-2 day delivery with UPS
 it’s now Christmas Eve and after several phone calls and reassurances that my order would be delivered today, my order never arrived
it’s a Christmas tradition that has been totally ruined

Product as ordered

Product as ordered. My only comment about delivery would be that having selected express courier delivery because of the Royal Mail strikes I found it odd that the company should still choose to use Royal Mail as the carrier. Delivery was certainly not "express".
