Do not touch this company
 I waited 6wks for my order to finally arrive. I sent numerous emails telling them not to bother sending as I will be sending the goods straight back. Guess what goods arrive... もっず芋る

We believe that a satisfied customer is our biggest asset. WE want to go back to the time when customer service actually meant that the person on the other end of the phone actually can be bothered. And all our team love what they do. That we have some of the most amazing customers makes it that much easier. Therefore all our products are of the highest standard. Win/Win

I shopped around for my caviar for many years but since finding CCL I haven’t gone anywhere else. I am very satisfied with the product, price and service, and the promotions, the consequence being my consumption has increased so it really is a win/win.

Birthday Treat

I have a very happy birthday girl today who received a trio of classic caviar as her present (4 tins actually as there was an offer, buy 3 get 4th free). Being a novice, I really appreciated the advice and help with choosing her gift. The service was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and products, she said 'best birthday breakfast ever!' I'm sure we will be repeat customers as other members of the family saw her post online.

I ordered 50grammms of Caviar and


I ordered 50grammms of Caviar and received 30 g by mistake , spoke to caviar , they responded immediately sent me another 30 g and a spoon
in my view the quality of a Company is how quickly they respond to mistakes

This Company is definitely 5 stars

Great service

Great service
Ordered a late birthday present
Arrived in plenty of time
Well boxed (nice picnic type basket so didn't have to wrap)
Summer truffles weren't the most falvoursome but as a "free bonus" with the gift is was most Welcome

Buying as a Gift

My only observation is if you are buying products as a present for someone there is nowhere you can include a message. Other than that you would have got five stars!
