I initially met with Natalie Peck some 5 months ago. I was immediately struck by her friendly can do, will do, attitude and approach to everything. She left me in no doubt that she was committed to do the best for Windsor Court.
Together we conducted a full inspection of the properties.She meticulously checked every imaginable, albeit essential, aspect of the buildings and the site. Testing and recording findings and keeping a photographic record of everything.
I have rarely been more impressed.
I have had a number of dealings with Natalie since and on each occasion I have had my initial thoughts on her approachability, positivity, knowledge and professionalism completely and totally reinforced. I fully believe that mine and my fellow oroperty owners interests are being closely and professionally monitored by Natalie.

Natalie is our property manager for our apartment in Ashford. We're very lucky to have Natalie onboard, as Natalie cares passionately about her role and is incredibly organised, which means Natalie completes tasks efficiently. With every interaction that we've had with Natalie, she listens to the issue raised, acts quickly, and you don't have to ask twice to get the job down! A breath of fresh air! And on top of everything, Natalie has a warm personality, and always goes the extra mile! A true asset to Caxtons! Keep up the good work Natalie! And thank you so much for everything. I cannot compliment Natalie Peck more on her management of our blocks. She is so hardworking and always goes above and beyond and is just the nicest person to deal with. She treats my bank account as if it were her own and is ‘like a dog with a bone!’ chasing arrears and achieving all that needs to be done to manage my blocks efficiently. We have a brilliant working relationship and I genuinely feel she is on my side and is looking out for her freeholders.
So pleased she came to Caxtons to sort all this out for me.

Our agent Michael Lewis has been nothing short of exceptional in his work. He has a wealth of knowledge and way of managing people that makes him trustworthy, knowledgeable and most importantly he gets the job done!

Contacted accounts concerning invoice charges ,Ann-Marie was very helpful and efficient in dealing with this by confirming what i had to do with standing order mandate,this has now been confirmed and set up with my bank.

Having used the insurance services of Caxtons for many years, was really glad to have had Sandra guiding us through the process of a large claim for subsidence. Sandra, with the support of her team, dealt with us on a professional level, but with a highly personalized and friendly approach. She shared our desire for a timely solution and stayed in contact with us throughout.

During the year I’ve had a very good working relationship with Tony. His response to our requests for help and repairs to Newnham Lodge has been excellent. I know that he back up from Eloise in block management has been helpful too. May we continue to work together long into 2024. May I add something that I would find helpful and that is mobile phone access to my maintenance budget account. I know how much I allowcate each month but never know the balance without ringing up. There are occasions when I can spare extre money and if I do, I don’t have any idea of the balance on completion of the payment. Neither do we get from Caxtons a monthly maintenance statement to give the current balance. In my view it would greatly improve the phone call access to the accounts office.

Everyone at Caxton’s Gravesend are simply amazing. Special mention goes to Tony M, who has looked after our development (Darenth Village Park) for years. Tony is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and genuinely puts himself out to help us. Tony makes being a director of our estate simple and the results of his efforts are noted and commented on by all residents. It’s genuinely a pleasure to work with Caxton’s and all the staff at Gravesend. I highly recommend, they are faultless in every way.
