Shocking bad company and staff at canterbury. Terrible service. From the beginning to the end of the tenancy. There was a catalogue of lies and arrogance. Do not rent with this lot, totally unprofessional. tenants beware - you'll be seeking legal advice and be out of pocket and thoroughly upset by their untruthfulnes.

I have had dealings with Caxtons on several occasions, concerning issues in my appointment and the whole block. I, personally have found the level of service provided by this company far from satisfactory.
I find the company very slow to respond to any request for support and the service provided by the agent almost non existent.

I raised the overall condition of the block and its need for repair/attention last December and still to this day it hasn't been touched.
Poor show.

Terrible Service

We are trying to change management agent from Caxtons to an alternative agent due to the number of complaints from residents in relation to the poor service received.

Gave notice in July and we are now 23rd October without accounts or relevant information being handed over so making it impossible to manage the property.

Have had a major Roof leak that Caxtons charged for but was not appropriate and now having to go through the process of finding a new contractor to resolve the position but again until we get the handover completed we are unable to progress leaving one flat currently uninhabited.
