They literally scammed me!!! I ordered a custom board, they cancelled order for copyright reasons, but charged me $109 and denied that they did so. Horrible customer service, you can't even talk to a customer representative! The only way to contact them is via email and they dodged your questions and concerns and don't do anything by making excuses. I read the bad reviews and still gave them a chance but I was so wrong, they are literal scammers, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered some glasses during Covid. Do I expect shipping delays? Sure. Order processing delays? Sure. But the fact was that I got some shady **** email several hours after my order confirmation that my âpayment method needed to be verify and I must call them ASAPâ well not only did no one pick up the line when I called (oh but they can email me back!) but they never picked up once in the 4 day span I tried reaching them. The email chain with their customer service was completely useless with them avoiding to tell me the issue and reassuring that some fake guy named Michael will be reaching back out. Never heard from him or what the problem with the order was despite my card getting charged just fine. They reached out saying they never got my calls LOL and refunded my order. Do not order from this site if you donât want to waste your time â joke and scam.

I ordered 125$ worth of gear from CCS 2 months ago and it's still not here, at this point i'm sure my money was stolen. I have seen a couple more people that were scammed by them exactly the way I got scammed. All of them are living outside of the US, like me, and we have nothing to do against them. They will take your money and never ship your gear, buy at your own risk.

On April 20, I placed a 4-item order with CCS because going through them is cheaper than going through the actual brand(s). Plus, they have a different, wider variety of items than brand websites. I got a confirmation email right away. On April 24, I received shipping information. My package arrived a day earlier than estimated, April 29. I don't have many complaints other than the fabric and texture of one of the shirts I ordered. I am not sure if that is a CCS issue or the company, but either way, the shirt is stiff and kind of uncomfortable.

I ordered almost $300 worth of clothes and decks from CCS and FedEx did not deliver it. It was sent back to CCS when you track it through FedEx. I contacted CCS and they told me they would issue a refund for the order since I never received my items. The refund I received was $12.99 for a $296 order. I e-mailed and asked for a receipt and an explanation and they never responded. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank and spend my time warning others to STAY AWAY FROM CCS!
