2 of the 3 girls cancelled 4 hours before they were due to arrive and the 3rd just didn't show up at all. Very poor communication from the company too. Avoid.

We booked a male stripper for my friends hen. Unfortunately the person we booked didn’t turn up, someone else turned up however this was not the person booked nor was he listed on the site. false advertisement. The male that did show up told us that half the males on the site were not local and actually worked in the north east. Unnecessary and false.

Wish I’d read the reviews before I went ahead and booked.
Absolutely disgusting company. Took our deposit and the girl called an hour before to confirm. Then nothing. She never showed. No call no message nothing. Absolutely ruined my sons 18th bday. Still not replied to my email but my bank will be recovering my deposit for me

Absolutely disgusting company. Sent completely the wrong type of stripper and ruined my psrtners stag week. Virtually impossible to contact them. Only answer emails and they are very few and far between. No refund given for there complete error. Please DON'T use this company!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID worst company ever. They need reporting as you can't get through to anyone. They Cancelled my sisters strippers 1 hour before they were due to arrive and cancelled our venue 8 hours previous so had.no.time to.sort alternative. Then you cant get hold.of them as automated phone number and don't reply to emails. Massive con now I have to wait 7 -10 days for a refund but I'm not even sure if this is a legit company and I'm actually going t9 get it back. So angry runined our hen do.

I made a booking and realised immediately that I had made an error, so emailed to enquire whether about the possibly of having that booking cancelled so I could rebook. Their phone number is entirely automated messages so I couldn't simply discuss with a person. In response they replied to say the booking had been cancelled and I had forfeited a £200 deposit and I would need to make an entirely new booking and pay another £200. All for the sake of trying to make an amendment to an existing booking.

I don't think I've ever taken the time to leave a bad review for any company, but this is the worst experience I've ever had. £200 down with no event booked and the email responses don't listen to what I was saying. I wanted to use their services for the full £350, but they'd rather just try and steal a £200 deposit.

I booked two services for a Hen Party from Celebrate Just Right.

Life Drawing (at your venue) - having looked at the website, we chose to book life drawing as it seemed good value with all of the equipment provided. I selected the model based on the date and location. I did not hear from the company (despite me emailing them 3 days before) until the day before when I received a text saying that an email had been sent - this was not the case in either my inbox or junk mail. I tried ringing the number and it was an information voicemail with no way to actually speak to anyone.

2 hours before the booking I received a phone call from the model/'artist' who said he was on his way. It was clear that the guy wasn't the one booked but this wasn't directly mentioned. The guy arrived at the time booked and it was clear that this wasn't the guy selected from the website. Why let you choose someone if they don't send that guy? We weren't particularly bothered about the guy from the website being the exact one, but surely it's good customer service to let customers know. The guy that came along was a lot older... we felt catfished...he seemed woefully unprepared with not enough pencils or paper despite me letting the company know how many of us there would be. There were no clipboard/easels as promised in the photos either. The navy uniform the guy wore was greying and he offered no 'drawing' help as promised. He seemed very out of his regular work as he kept mentioning his stripping and drawing.
After he left, I contacted customer services, and guess what, still no reply!

Butler in the buff - not the guy chosen from the website (again, why let you chose if a different person is sent without explanation?) He messaged the day before and was great and he had some great games for us.

The two stars is everything balanced out because actually the butler in the buff was great. This is a mickey mouse company who have no cares for customer service or fulfilling what was paid for.

Where do I start…. Website looks amazing. Pick service, venue can be booked too to save you doing it, select which model you want and all goes wrong from there. Was told they’d notify me of venue 2-3 days prior, I had to email them twice 2 days before as still didn’t know and thought I’d been scammed for the deposit. Customer service phone number is useless, just directs you back to website and email. Eventually had email back Thursday afternoon (event on Saturday) and told them emailed me Wednesday. They hadn’t and I’d checked junk mail- no response to that reply I sent. Day of the event phone call from model to
Confirm time and location so all good here however I meet him and he isn’t the model I picked, understand things can change and he was lovely however was polar opposite of who I picked for the bride to be and no contact from company to advise this before hand. I also was made to call the venue myself to make sure they were ok with the event and that there was a space for him to change……why am I paying £350 to do stuff myself?! He did bring a bottle but it was non alcoholic Prosecco….so we just gave it to designates driver. Also an Iron wouldn’t go amiss, his outfit looked like it has been in the boot of his car in a plastic bag for 2 weeks.

In short there’s better companies out there for slightly more money. Don’t waste your time here

This is a fake site, take your deposit and that's it, obv going to get it shut down, no way of contacting them

Claimed venue cancelled a few days before the hen do and when I emailed multiple places shown as used venues on the website they claimed to have no licence for strippers and have never worked with them. Different guy showed up who wasn’t even shown on the website and in the wrong costume, spoke to James nearly every day the week up until the hen do and he never mentioned the guy not being available and the costume not being available either. Awful performer save your money and go elsewhere. False advertisement I don’t believe any of those men on the site are used by them just there to draw people in.

Used this company for a mate’s stag. But the two girls who we hired, specifically so at least one of them could deal for a poker evening, had never dealt at a poker game before and barely knew the rules. We had to find this out on the night - when James, the company representative I had been dealing with for weeks could have had the courtesy to inform us of this beforehand. Obviously we wouldn’t have been happy about it but he should have at least told us. It was not the girls’ fault, they were simply sent to do a job, they did their best so I paid them what they were owed. However it was James and the company’s fault for not informing me of the situation, and so we should really be refunded some money, as we really didn’t get what we paid for. Not to mention the girls didn’t look anything like they did in the photos, though I can understand that more than them not being able to deal. Overall it was quite disappointing and isn’t really on.

Do not use this awful company, cancelled booking and will not give a refund for the deposit. No way of contacting anyone via phone and email response takes a full day to get a reply.

Rip off. Careful

Making money out of customers during the Country’s Corona lockdown! Refusing to give customers deposit refunds, not letting customers transfer the full deposit to another date once we are out of lockdown, but they’ll give us 20% off rebooking....thanks......NOT!
Even emailed to say they would come to our house to perform.....during lockdown....your staff are not key workers so should not be working and are not allowed Into other people’s homes.
I’m sure they will be claiming money from the government as well to cover their costs while on lockdown. So will actually be making a profit out of this horrendous pandemic. Shame on you!

Super bad service !
I was arranged a birthday party for my husband on New Year day . Book with celebrate just right in advance.
Email them 2 days before just to check everything is still ok . They confirmed all fine .
7.00 PM received a text for the last minute cancellation from them , not even a proper phone call . Letting down a party with 35 guests on a New Year day .
That’s how unreliable they are . Treat a client like nothing.

The Cheeky butler that we hired from Celebrate Just Rightz was great he got involved and was not standing in the back. He had party games with him which were so cheesy and tacky but was a great laugh. We had an amazing experience. Highly Recommended!

I would like to thank, Celebrate Just Rightz who got everything sorted for us at the last minute. The girls were amazing, and we had a splendid time. Thank You again!

The dancers that we hired from this site were amazing. They were gorgeous, to begin with, and put on a great show for us. We really enjoyed every moment of their performance. Would love to hire them again!

Would recommend the services from celebrate just right and have already made plans to hire the services again.
