We love our Celpax. We are scorecard driven company and this gives us the ability to constantly measure how our employees are feeling. It opens the door to conversations that help us improve work life for employees, which is frequently connected to providing a better customer experience and ultimately improves business performance. All of that plus it is easy to use.
