5 Stars – Outstanding service and fantastic products!
I am absolutely thrilled with my experience! The customer service is top-notch—whenever I had a question, I received a super quick and incredibly friendly response. On top of the amazing support, the products themselves are of outstanding quality and work perfectly.
I highly recommend them and will definitely buy from them again. Keep up the great work!

I had ordered the flic duo clip , and I was sent the single , but when I emailed and asked , they were amazing and quickly sent a replacement! Top notch care and response time !

Terrible customer service!

I wanted to buy a Flic button for my business, so I needed an invoice issued according to EU laws with VAT reverse charge status and 0% VAT, I provided my VAT-ID to support, and here is the response:

The Flic website cannot identify if an order is from a business at the time of purchase online and therefore all orders are treated and processed as B2C transactions.

However, customers can enter their VAT number on the webpage when placing an order by inputting the VAT number into the field labeled "Apartment, Suites, Etc".

This suggestion is totally illegal because it's a seller's responsibility to provide a proper invoice and handle purchases properly.

I asked to connect me with the sales department to handle it according to the law, and instead support responded: a minimum order quantity of 80 buttons or more. So they cancelled my order but did not provide any alternative to make the order with proper invoices and docs.

I didn't receive it till now ((((.

Perfect experience for now. Setting up is very easy. My other Flic equipments are working perfectly after over 2 months now. Hope it continues forever!

It was both the speed of response and the patience in dealing with my repeated questions which really made my Flic contact very easy to work with. It's all functioning fine. As a musician I'm now able to use the button to turn sheet music pages as I play in gigs. Brilliant!

A feature that available in V2 was not showing up in v3; I submitted a ticket and received notification that they were aware and were working on it. A typical response, but I did not expect to see a new version of the v3 app come out within 3-4 working days that added the functionality back in. True surprise & delight! Thank you, Flic team!

I ordered a hub and it failed on boot. Marina helped diagnose the issue and dispatched a replacement unit no questions asked. Very impressed with the customer service. In the meantime, the buttons worked perfectly when connected via my iPhone.

I use Flic Duo and Flic buttons to perform actions in my Android app JBV1. They work great for this purpose, and battery life is exceptional.

I got a problem with the Visa and Mastercard payment on the website, probably my Swiss accounts. The day after, the support fill-in everything for me and sent the invoice to my email and I got a link to pay and I put my Visa card again and all working on that day... Waiting for the devices I have ordered... That will be so great (I hope so) for Beach-volleyball and volleyball scoring when I'm playing... I hope that will work as I jump quite a lot on the sand and this button doesn't fall down with the metal clip

I love these buttons - we have them EVERYWHERE. We use them for lighting, music, to turn the (fake) fireplace on, to send a notification that the cat has had his meds, etc. The new flic Duo has allowed us to consolidate 6 buttons down to two.

I am very happy with the service and responsiveness of the sales department.

Quick reply in a couple of minutes and helped me out with a hardware issue. Explained my problem and got a fix right away. Possibly the best customer support experience I’ve had ever!

Setting up the rounded hub with matter and buttons is very difficult and not intuitive, making it hard to work with other matter accessories.

The Flic's were easy to setup on my phone, and then configure on my Laptop for my Sheet music program. I can easily turn pages now using the device attached to my horn and not have to deal with a foot pedal.

The Flic Duo has arrived. And it working great. Pre-ordered.
The reassuring customer service provided the heads up on it's arrival. I'm well impressed. But some of matter lights function would not compute. All was not lost as Alexa automation function work well with all the smart devices or made them smarter, using the routining on Alexa swiping away left or right executing my tasks makes the Duc so practical and easy friendly. It's a good addition to the flic production. The size the look the feel and it abilities are top level really. If you require a action trigger to get things done quick and easy it a no brainer the Flic Duc/ twist/ button is what you should get. Why? It's reliable, portable multifunctional, smart and looks cool. Things to be added or improved. Led light around the button edge. Optional on/off easy to see in the dark room and when pressed it lights up the button. Also a tracker sounder or GPs tracked function in case you lost it down the sofa or missplace it somewhere. Key hole holder feature to attach it to keys set. Those upgrades or Duo 2. newer features would be a total game changer for the future tech world. Priced fairly specially if the matter protocols work with your matter devices well. The future is now!

Extremely fast and good support. And their product is rock solid and super responsive.

The team really learnt from some of the frustrations that users had with the release of Flic Twist. The Duo was delivered with a comprehensive set of user support materials - but the Duo is so easy to setup due to valuable updates to the Flic app and the design of Duo.
