We had a completely positive experience with Centaurus Computers. This was also in the setting of us surveying all the major brands we had purchased before, and had the blind luck of discovering Centaurus. We also did our due diligence (just to be safe). We needed a powerful development system and ultimately ordered an Andromeda system. We couldn't be more pleased. They answered our endless questions before the purchase (lots of emails), and they were always responsive and professional. The system has been working beautifully for several months now under high demand (creative content, image and video prep, as well as doubling as a file server on the side). In this era of expensive SSDs and memory, this new system represented a great investment. We recommend them.

Had issues from the start with the RGB fans. I emailed them and it took me 3 times trying to get their attention. They didn't even help walk me through fixing the issue and the issue was never resolved. Then my computer started to freeze. They sent me tests to complete and they did not help or give insight into the issue. Finally my computer's GPU just fell apart. It had never been moved once. Nor did it ever drop. Their customer service, poor quality of product, and understanding what can be helpful with a customer is an F. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
