Thank you for your review.

We're sorry to hear that you have still not received your order.

Unfortunately, because your order was shipped by Airmail there is no way of tracking the package.

Please let us know if you have not received your package after 30 days, on March 26th.

We can then either issue you a full credit refund or send you a replacement package.

Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.

Thank you for your review.

I have accessed your account in our system. Actually your account was not confirmed yet.

When you placed your first order, you would have been sent an email with the subject line "Account Confirmation for XXX". You needed to open this email and click on the link to complete your account registration. Perhaps it ended up in your junk folder.

I have accessed your account information in our system and manually confirmed your account, so hopefully you will have no issues logging in now.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied.

It sounds like you are still awaiting your replacement packages. Please note that although it is very unusual for a replacement package to go missing as well, it can happen from time to time.

We certainly understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured you are not out of pocket in this situation. We stand by our 30 day refund or reship policy for missing orders.

Although we can't guarantee that the post office will do their job and deliver your order, we can guarantee that if you do not receive your replacement order within 30 days from the date of shipping we will issue you a full refund or send you another replacement package.

We are on your side and always strive to achieve excellent customer service. This matter will be resolved to your satisfaction.

Hello Mehdi,

Thank you for your review. We are surprised by your negative feedback.

We replied to all of your order queries and promptly offered to resend or refund your order when it failed to arrive within 30 days of shipment.

You confirmed your shipping address with us and your missing product was resent on December 14th. Since the estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days, of course your replacement package will not have arrived yet.

Certainly you could have accepted a full refund instead if you chose to.

We are sorry that you are still not fully satisfied.
