Why is it all the people who are telling the truth give one star and the 5 star's is not a full review

I have recently changed my Letting Agent and appointed Champion Property Management Ltd. I wanted to share my experience so others can have the benefit of an honest and frank review in case they are thinking of changing their Agent. I have been really impressed with Champion’s professionalism and attention to detail. From the outset when reviewing Champion’s Landlords contract it is clear they do things properly and have a thorough understanding of the business. They are clearly concerned that their tenants are properly looked after whilst ensuring Landlords’ interests are correctly protected. My experience with Champion is “night and day” better than the service I received from my previous Agent. I can thoroughly recommend Champion Property Management to any Landlord who appreciates a professional service but also wants to make sure that tenants are properly looked after.

Tammy Clarke is a first rate professional. She is a credit to Campions. Tammy is reliable and supportive she keeps me fully informed about any issues relating to my property. Tammy has dealt with potential issues with clarity and sensitivity. I am grateful to her for her hard work on my behalf.

Since renting with Campions I have been satisfied with the property, the service I have received and the reaction of the personel when speaking with them on the phone.

Alex was very helpful, and very kind to us. Would fix any issues and come to the rescue whenever we asked. As uni students that don’t know how to fix things very well, this came in handy a lot. Highly recommend. Jon was also very helpful in our first year of living in the house and the passover of the house from each member of champion was great.

Landlords avoid.
Immoral and unethical practices.

Having tried the “do it yourself” model of letting our student property, and suffered the nightmare of non payment, damage no one would admit to and constantly demands from unreasonable tenants, I was exceptionally relieved to find Champion Properties. I had resigned myself to a drop in income due to their “cut” but I was so wrong! The house now earns us more than before, the bills are included so we don’t need worry about damp issues. The house is definitely the “home from home” we wanted for our tenants, Joe & crew maintain it to an excellent standard and rarely trouble us for our input! Hand on heart, I have no hesitation in recommending them!

Champion Property Management provide a remarkable service. Their honest, straightforward advice and guidance makes working with them incredibly easy. Highly professional and well-informed about the rental market in Norwich and the UK, their team are not only helpful but a pleasure to interact with. Very pleased with the service from this letting agent. Organised, helpful, professional with a great knowledge of the student market. From the earliest stages of renovation of the property to letting to students, the advice we have had has been spot on. This property management company genuinely cares about landlords and students.

I have used Champion Property Management since 2016 having previously managed my property myself. I have found them to be highly professional, and expert in their field of Student Lettings. They appear to go out of their way to establish good relationships with both the Tenants and myself and have resolved any issues promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

I left the property feeling let down, offended, and personally attacked. The agent was inappropriate about my friends (the current tenants) and simply offensive saying very rude things about them. He soon moved on to say that it’s unlikely for me to get the property as he doesn’t like my personality and found me "arrogant". As a young 19-year-old woman, being personally attacked by a man on my own made me feel very emotionally overwhelmed and offended. This experience was appalling and unprofessional.

He has emailed me to apologise for his behaviour but you can’t turn back time.

My experience with Champion Property Management as a client was superb ranging from their customer care service through the sealing of the business deal. I am happy to have come in contact with Champion Property Management as I never regretted doing business with the company. Through this company, I am now an estate land owner in the city of Abuja. All thanks to the management of Champion Property Abuja.

Although renting a house isn't simple, Champion removed a lot of the stress by making all documents and information easily accessible and in one place. The relationship our house were also able to form with Jon and the team was friendly yet professional. I also found that damages and deposits were handled very fairly.

There are very few businesses the actually work well and do as they say, in my opinion, Champion is one of them.

Excellent management company. Their knowledge of the student let market far exceeds any other companies that I spoke to previously and their attention to detail is outstanding.

We rented a 5-bed house from Champion Property a couple of years ago, and they were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Any time we had any issues Jon was very prompt in helping us get them sorted out. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My housemates and I had a great experience with Champion Property. They helped us find and move into two different properties during our time in Norwich, and were extremely helpful and understanding during the entire process. Whilst living at the two houses, they were always fast to respond to our issues and enquiries, and would always do their best to solve any problems that popped up.
Besides the great service, they're also really nice guys, and seem genuinely interested in making sure everyone is happy with the property arrangement.

Jon and the team are exceptionally good at what they do - always professional, reliable and communicative, they put considerable effort and attention to detail into everything they do. Complete pleasure to engage with.

Was renting with Champion for a year and extremely happy with the service. As soon as an issue arose we would contact them and they would have it solved ASAP to a good standard. No unnecessary fees at the end and happy to have received most of my deposit back. Overall very pleased. Would definitely rent with them again and would recommend to other students.

Great people to let from, never had any disputes or problems. Any time something needed fixing it was done without any hassle. Just really decent people.

Champion Property Management has been excellent in every aspect of letting our home for us. There is nothing they could do any better; the fees are incredibly reasonable and they have looked after our home very well. If we're ever in a position to let a property in the future, we will certainly use Champion Property Management again.
