Our first experience of using a letting agent as a property owner. Champion Property Management could not have been more helpful.

What I most like about Champion Property (as a landlord) is that I hardly ever hear from them as they take care of nearly all of the ‘day-to-day’ so that I don’t have to. They look after the tenants fairly and are always on hand for them. They also look to find solutions that provide the tenants what they need, promptly, while looking to keep unnecessary costs down.

Very happy with the services provided so far. Jon and Joe are a friendly team. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I use Champion Property Management to look after my two houses in Norwich and ahve found them to provide a very helpful and efficient service!

CPM has been exceptional in the service that they have provided me as a landlord in every conceivable manner. They understand the needs of both landlords and students and are able to strike up the balance between the two.

Champion property specialist in student accommodation - have no care for our young people . They are fully aware that there is a female in an abuse situation - which has been confirmed by other members of the house hold and do nothing. I suggest going to a company that will help if things go wrong . Rather than ignore and not even inform the landlord . Very poor

Of course you have suggested that you could let my daughter from her tenancy , if she finds a new tenant .
Given the situation and your job as property managers - whom are being paid to manage the property - you could assist with this - I understand this is your profession ?

Instead offering to charge us a further £100 for your services

You offered to store my daughters belongings - but not my daughter - ???? This solves and helps her how ???

We have offered to move on - in order to resolve this - you could have assisted to find a replacement - as the managers instead right wrong or indifferent - you remain aware and do nothing .

These are young adults starting out - if solutions are within your capabilities -as is your job - then why would you not resolve a problem rather than escalate it?
So no I don’t see you having a moral responsibility - but a duty of care to some extent to help. Why would you not ? Oh of course money tenancy agreements .

My opinion remain different from yours - I believe that you should already have solutions. for such situations given your specialist advertised field of student accommodation. Perhaps you need new clauses to your tenancy agreements.

Well Actions and words champion property - my point of view would change if I saw you take some action ! Resolve this situation for all young persons involved.

We dealt with Jon at Champion Property Management for the rental of our new home and he was by far the most efficient and professional lettings agent I have ever dealt with.

I have dealt with a number of lettings agents over the past few years (daughter privately renting during university, myself after selling my last home) and Jon has been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Everything from being flexible with his schedule to accommodate us for viewings, thorough on the move in inspection, all the documents and details held in an easy online portal (handy if like me you cannot always find the documents you need at a vital time), ensuring there were ample sets of keys all tested, safety certificates, energy efficiency documents.

It made what is often a stressful experience into something that just worked and needed no extra faffing.

Good treatment all in all but had some hot water and heating issues which made showering difficult and resulted in a cold house (though heaters were provided) and took longer to resolve than I would have liked
